When Vishaka asks Beena and Sheela if they want to cancel their marriage, she says you tried to wipe the R, but it didn’t work. She asks them if they wish to cancel the marriage and asks them not to waste time. When Susheela/Ashutosh’s Dadi asks Vishaka what she says, she says we aren’t cancelling the marriage, just mehendi. Vishaka wonders why we created such a big drama. Beena responds that we were just trying to make it work.
In this case, Visaka asks what to do, whether to get our daughter to marry the boy with the first name R, or if we should change Ashutosh’s name to Rashutosh, or if we should just forget about it and move on. We will move on, Beena says. Vishaka says no one will speak about it. Suresh believes Vishaka makes his wife happy when she is quiet. Vishaka says they’ll celebrate and make good memories. She hugs Ashok and asks for the dhol.
According to Diya, Vishaka is a blacksmith and there is a saying that says a single blow from a blacksmith is equal to a hundred blows from a goldsmith. Diya replies that yes, she is a blacksmith. She is your Nani, Ashok says. Beena, Vishaka, Manpreet, Prachi and other dance to Raghuvar…Diya comes there and says my Mama ji will dance also. Ashok dances to Laya kahan se raja pretty si dulhaniya…Suresh dances with him. Divya, Poorvi, Diya and others also dance.
Jasbir arrives with his guard, who informs him that Chacha is requesting his presence. Jasbir then instructs the guard to step outside and keep his arrival a secret from Chacha. While dancing, Jasbir catches Poorvi’s attention amidst Sheela and Divya who both fail to notice him. However, Poorvi loudly exclaims “Maa!” and Jasbir quickly covers her mouth before whisking her away. Meanwhile, the dancer at the party approaches Ashutosh who is busy dancing with other girls. She compliments him on his looks and assumes he must have many admirers. The dancer invites him to join her for a dance and they sway to the tune of “Laila Main Laila.” Unaware of their presence, Jasbir leads Poorvi away while Ashutosh remains preoccupied with the dancer. The guard, in search of Jasbir, fears reprimand from Chacha as he observes a changed Ashutosh at the party.
Prachi praises Diya’s dancing skills, while Vishaka adds that Beena also did well. Susheela notes that it seems like a marriage is taking place and wonders where Poorvi is so they can bless her and continue with the festivities. After calling for Poorvi, Sheela mentions seeing her dancing with sardar ji. Divya also saw him and reminds Sheela that he is their relative. However, Sheela clarifies that he is not related to them or invited as a guest, causing Prachi to express concern over a stranger being present at the function. In response, everyone begins searching for Poorvi, with Prachi suggesting she may have gone to the washroom.
Jasbir escorts Poorvi to the upstairs hotel room. She pleads for him to release her, but he explains that they need to have a conversation. He urges her not to overreact and act as if she is afraid. Removing his turban and fake beard, he asks if she recognizes him. Revealing himself as Jassi, he informs her that Ashutosh is at the party dancing with other women. He promises to provide proof by having Tiger send a photo to him. Meanwhile, one of the dancers bends down to pick something up. Ashutosh takes her hand and assures Poorvi that she will return shortly.
Ashutosh is seen dancing with various girls, but Poorvi shares with Jasbir that she does not need his opinion on Ashutosh’s character. She boldly says that whether or not she chooses to marry him (Jassi) is her decision, and she accuses him of being a repulsive man for trying to touch a girl. Jassi asks how he could be considered disgusting, as he attempts to touch her. Poorvi firmly states that only her future husband has the right to touch her. Jassi responds by suggesting they celebrate their wedding night first, and after that, no man would dare come near her. He even proposes marriage. However, Poorvi threatens to call for help if he doesn’t leave immediately. Unfazed, Jassi challenges her to yell as loud as she wants because he is always willing to give her that opportunity.
Ashutosh is dancing with the dancer as Poorvi shouts for help. Jassi says no one will hear you but me. He holds her hand and says I love and respect you very much, and asks if you don’t see my love. When you become scared, you appear innocent, and I feel more love for you, and then I cannot stop myself. Poorvi slaps him hard. Jassi says you can slap me 100 times, but you are mine in this birth. Poorvi shouts for help and asks if there is anyone around.
RV arrives at the hotel while Ashtosh is dancing with the dancer. Poorvi shouts for help and tells Jassi to stay away. He becomes concerned. Poorvi asks Jassi, “What did I do with you that you are shouting?” He comes near her and says you shall be mine, you want to go to Ashutosh or RV and I love you, so I shall marry you. She asks Jassi to move away from her and falls on the sofa. She is approached by Jassi.
RV enters the room, shoving the door open. Spotting Jassi, he raises his voice and pushes him aside before turning to Poorvi and forcing her to stand up. She sobs at the sight of him. Jassi responds with a sharp remark, reminding RV that he was responsible for an accident in the past. He warns RV not to cross his path again, telling him to leave with as much haste as he arrived with. RV sarcastically comments on Jassi’s disguise as a turbaned man and urges him to leave. Ignoring Jassi’s plea, RV insists that his presence will only cause trouble for Poorvi and her celebrations. Jassi stands firm, declaring that he will be part of every significant milestone in Poorvi’s life – from her sangeet to her honeymoon and even her child. Unable to control his anger any longer, RV grabs Jassi’s collar and demands an explanation for his persistence. He asserts that Poorvi has no feelings for him and orders him to leave immediately. A violent brawl ensues between Jassi and RV while a shocked Poorvi watches helplessly.
