As Jaikant learns about Jaya, he wonders if I locked Jaya instead of Vaiju. He rushes to open the door lock. Vaiju comes there. She sees Jaya lying unconscious inside the room. She shouts. Ranvijay finds the door locked. He breaks it and lifts Jaya. As Ranvijay sprinkles water on Jaya’s face,
Jaya gets up. He asks whether you are fine. She nods. He asks how he got locked in the room. She says I don’t know. I went to the room to fix the bindi, but the door shut, and I felt you were far away. Ranvijay hugs her. Naagraj asks who locked her. Ranvijay asks who has locked the door. He sees Vaiju and asks her. She asks how I would know. He shouts at her. Arhaan says Jaikant did it. Everyone is shocked.
Jaikant claims to be a kid. Ranvijay questions his certainty while Ragini urges Arhaan not to speak without reason. Arhaan said he was playing on his phone and had shut the door. However, Vaiju catches him and demands an explanation. Ranvijay also wants Jaikant to clarify why Jaya was locked in the room. In defense, Jaikant clarifies that it was not intentional and he had only meant to secure money and jewelry by locking the door. He had no idea Jaya was inside. Sulekha interjects, stating that it was an unintentional mistake as Jaikant has no ill will towards Jaya, unlike Vaiju, who holds a grudge against him.
She scolds Vaiju. Vaiju says the pandit gave me the aarti plate, it was a misunderstanding, I could never take Jaya’s place. Jaya says calm down, I know that. Vasundhara says Jaya is fine now. She clarifies that she is neither the daughter-in-law nor her sister, who will be in the future, and he is afraid of anyone finding out about their marriage because they would blame her. She expresses her fear of losing love and respect from his family and how he cannot understand this pain as she also has a connection with them, which he fails to acknowledge.
