In his unconscious state, Kian calls Aryaman “dad,” shocking Aryaman and Janvi. They are relieved that Kian is fine, although he coughs a lot. Aryaman and Janvi rush Kian to the hospital. Raina falls down the stairs while walking upstairs, causing Abhay and the Bundela family to worry.
In the hospital, Janvi pats Kian’s back, explaining to Aryaman that first aid is necessary. He praises Janvi’s first aid when the doctor arrives and checks Kian. After writing a prescription, the doctor confirms that Kian is fine but a bit weak.
Reporters approach Janvi, accusing the Bundela family of being responsible for Kian’s disappearance. Janvi clarifies that Aryaman, a Bundela, ensured Kian’s safe return. She shows Aryaman’s burns and explains how he risked his life to save Kian. She lashes out at the reporters for blaming Suyesh without knowing the full story and sends them away.

He spots Janvi emerging from the room, leaving Kian alone, and inquires about it. Janvi embraces Aryaman and expresses remorse for doubting his love for Kian. She concedes that Kian may not have been safe without Aryaman’s aid. Aryaman reassures her he will always be by her side and asks if she can join him. Janvi hesitates, citing his family’s approval of her and Kian as a determining factor. Aryaman pledges to win over his family’s acceptance and kisses her forehead.
