As Mangal opens the door, she greets the person outside and realizes it is Ishana’s tutor. Somaiya says hi to Mangal. Upon seeing Adit’s surprise at Somaiya’s arrival, she questions why he is so shocked. Adit clarified that they had previously discussed having someone help Ishana with her school project, not hiring a tutor. Somaiya expresses confusion, to which Adit explains that Mangal has brought in a tutor from their school. Somaiya responds positively to this news and mentions taking time off work for this purpose. She adds that their profession is highly valued and has devoted her day to it.
Kusum says it’s not our responsibility. Kusum says you took Ishana’s responsibility. You said you wanted to help. Adit says it’s okay. I think it’s a misunderstanding. He asks Mangal where your teacher is and when she’s coming. She’s half an hour late. He says he should call her, but she doesn’t pick up.
Somaiya smirks. She is glad Ishana told her about the new teacher. Her auto met an accident, causing the teacher to fall. Mangal tries to call her, but she doesn’t pick up.
Lakshmi watches Gayatri cut the fruits in one size. She says Karthik prefers it that way. Lakshmi says, “I get it.” She teaches her how to make sandwiches. Jiya calls Gayatri. Gayatri hides her phone. She teaches Lakshmi how to make the sandwich. Jiya keeps calling. Lakshmi calls Mangal. Sanjana replaces the spreads in the fridge. She says it’s my home, so stop staring at me. I’m here to pick apples.
I am running late, so tell Lakshmi I won’t be able to have breakfast. Sanjana says Lakshmi can make it. Karthik asks, “Can you?” She says Maa taught me how to make it, but I don’t know. He says it is straightforward, but he gets a call. Lakshmi pulls out the spread and makes the sandwich for Karthik.
She sits in Jiya’s car and says, “You came again.” It’s dangerous. Jiya thinks I can’t wait anymore. Have you completed your divorce papers? Gayatri says it will take time. Pandit Ji says we shouldn’t do it right now. His time isn’t good, so let this time pass so there’s no impact on your life. She says, “Okay, I’ll try.”
As Gayatri returns, she inquires if Lakshmi has eaten peanut butter. Lakshmi replies that she used it for Karthik’s sandwich as he was in a hurry, causing Gayatri to become angry and throw a cloth at her. Gayatri then screams at the servants to stop Karthik’s car and rushes out. Meanwhile, Lakshmi grows concerned about the situation and notices Karthik choking on the sandwich in his car. Sanjana tells Lakshmi that Karthik is allergic to peanuts and will choke on them. Panicked, Lakshmi runs outside while Vidhi questions how such a mistake could have been made.
Gayatri pulls Karthik out of the car, where he struggles to breathe. Concerned, Omesh asks for an explanation. Gayatri reveals that Karthik has eaten peanut butter despite his known allergy and frustrated, Omesh questions how this could have happened. Gayatri then shoos Lakshmi away, accusing her of wanting to harm her son. Panicking, they call for a doctor while Lakshmi tries to offer Karthik water. Out of desperation, Gayatri throws the glass and blames Lakshmi for the situation. Heartbroken, Lakshmi explains that she did not know about Karthik’s allergy and tears up. Vidhi intervenes and orders Lakshmi to leave the room, calling her out for playing a role in this incident. Devastated, Lakshmi sobs outside.
Ishana comes with her bags. Adit says Mangal went to look for the teacher. Where did she go? Kusum says yes, let me call her. Ishana is tired of her dramas. Every day, she creates a new drama for attention. The project is about Ishana’s future. We can’t trust Mangal with it. The teacher isn’t here, either, and she left, too. He said you taught Mangal everything, but she ruins everything. You turned me into an engineer.
Girls these days handle everything: work, the office, kids, and family. Look at Somaiya. She had an office and still came to help Ishana. Ishana says, “Papa, I have to finish the project so I can study.” Adit says, “Amma, let Somaiya help Ishana. We don’t have time. I have work in the office.” Kusum agrees. Somaiya teaches Ishana and makes her project together. Adit says it looks great. Ishana says it’s perfect. Akshad says, “I like the one Mum made.” Ishana says that was wrong. According to Somaiya, Ishana now knows everything she needs to know.
Adit said Ishana taught me everything, and Ishana said I learned everything. He said, “Amma, I think Somaiya can help Ishana get amazing grades.” Kusum says if Mangal was here, she’d make shahi tukra. Adit says, “And she’d put some in the model as well.” Somaiya and Adit laugh.
Omesh brings the medicine. He says we can give it in an emergency, but it’s expired. Everyone panics. Gayatri cries. Lakshmi says, “Let me get the medicine.” Gayatri says, “You’ll make another problem. I told you to put cheese spread on him.” Lakshmi was the only item in the refrigerator. Sanjana says, “Get out of here.” She shoves her. Mangal arrives and holds Lakshmi.
