Mannat 23rd January 2025 Written Update starts with Mannat clarifying to Harneet that Vikrant is not a plumber but the owner of the restaurant. Embarrassed, Harneet apologises to him. Mallika steps in, and Mannat explains it was just a misunderstanding. Shruti then suggests that Mannat take Vikrant to Pintu’s shop while she sends tea there.

Elsewhere, Rajendran assures Aishwarya that he will always support her decisions. Aishwarya reminds him of their business losses and says she does not want her daughter punished for Gagan’s mistakes. She wants Mallika’s future secured and believes Vikrant is the perfect match for her. Rajendran agrees, saying he trusts Aishwarya’s choice but adds that he would not support her if Vikrant loved someone else. Aishwarya recalls Mannat and vows not to let anyone else enter Vikrant’s life.

At Pintu’s shop, Pintu offers Vikrant cakes to taste. Mannat proudly says she made them herself. Vikrant tastes the cakes and compliments her recipe, though he notes something is still missing. Mallika also praises Mannat’s talent. Impressed, Vikrant decides to give Mannat another chance. He tells her that his family is arriving the next day and she must prepare food for them. This will be her final test to prove herself. Mannat eagerly takes notes on everyone’s favourite dishes and promises not to disappoint him. Vikrant hands her money to buy ingredients, joking that he will deduct the plumber’s fee from it. Mannat laughs, thanking God for this opportunity.

Later, Aishwarya grows suspicious seeing Vikrant and Mallika happily discussing Mannat. She tries to intervene, but Vikrant quickly distracts Mallika by reminding her about her nail decorations, avoiding any slip of truth.

Meanwhile, Mannat excitedly shows Shruti the menu she plans to cook for Vikrant’s family. Shruti proudly calls her daughter talented.

At the Jindal house, Aishwarya advises Mallika to change her short dress before meeting the family elders. Punit announces that Neetu has arrived. Aishwarya greets her, though she silently criticises Neetu’s western dressing style. Neetu mocks Aishwarya, joking about her weight. Vikrant asks his aunt not to take Neetu’s words seriously. Aishwarya hides her frustration, thinking her son would not face insults if he had not lost in business.

Soon, Mannat arrives at the mansion with her family. Shruti is overwhelmed by its grandeur and asks Mannat to reconsider, fearing something is wrong. Aishwarya, determined to protect Mallika’s image, insists on seeing the new chef — not wanting Mallika’s first attempt at proving herself ruined.
