The episode begins with Vishakha starting her emotional manipulation, turning Vikrant against Mannat. She tells him she is happy that he has finally chosen her, but what about Mannat. She begins her drama claiming that Mannat is his love and because of Mannat their marriage was cancelled. Vikrant tells her not to think too much, but Vishakha continues fuelling doubts in his mind.
She tells Vikrant that Mannat was always hesitant to tell him the truth. At first she believed Mannat was wrong but later realised Mannat’s helplessness because she was poor. Vishakha says that when someone is helpless they have no choice but to bow down to money. Vikrant becomes confused and asks what she is implying. Vishakha slowly plants the thought that Mannat is greedy and that everything she did was only for money. She even claims Mannat did not want Vikrant to end things with Shaluja because she would lose her benefits.
Vikrant refuses to believe her. Vishakha continues adding fuel by pointing out that Neetu and Mannat suddenly became close despite hating each other earlier. Vikrant is shocked and begins doubting everything. Vishakha pretends to be innocent and says she has no complaints against Mannat and that Mannat only did everything for her dreams and a comfortable life.
She threatens to leave the house. Vikrant, now emotional and hurt, feels everyone has betrayed him. He tells her he does not want money or the house and only wants his mother. Vishakha freezes, worried that she may lose everything if Vikrant gives up the property. She quickly creates another emotional scene saying that if Vikrant gives everything away then Shaluja will never accept her. Vikrant tells Vishakha that he is capable enough to earn for both of them. Vishakha becomes irritated, thinking she will end up poor again. She tells Vikrant that money can defeat anyone and that Shaluja’s power lies in her wealth, warning him that he cannot fight money.
Meanwhile, Neetu remains in a state of shock as the family looks after her. Mannat reassures Neetu that everything will soon be fine and that Vikrant will return with Dhairya. Mallika notices this and smiles. Aishwarya tells Mallika that once Vikrant arrives with Dhairya there will be a big explosion. Mallika says she is waiting to see it. Aishwarya holds Mallika’s hand and both smirk. Shruti sees them holding hands and becomes suspicious.
Dhairya arrives, and Mannat rushes to him. Suddenly Vikrant interrupts and taunts Mannat asking if she will not ask where he was, reminding her that it is supposed to be their wedding. Mannat says she was about to ask. Ronnie questions Vikrant on where he had gone. Vikrant replies sarcastically saying he was where her wife is, referring to Neetu without calling her mother. Everyone is shocked that Vikrant refuses to call Neetu mom.
Mannat stops Vikrant and says she needs to speak first. She brings up the matron from the old age home and hints that she knows everything.
The police arrive at Shaluja House with an arrest warrant for Neetu and ask Dhairya to sign it. Dhairya is shocked. Vikrant announces that he filed the complaint and repeats in front of everyone that Neetu is responsible for the accident involving Vishakha. He even claims Neetu wanted to kill his mother and says he is the eye-witness. Everyone is shocked, while Mallika and Aishwarya enjoy the drama.
Neetu breaks down hearing Vikrant’s accusations. The police step forward to arrest her, but Dhairya stops them saying this is a family matter. Since he has not signed the warrant, the police must leave, and they do. Dhairya consoles Neetu and starts blaming Vishakha for everything. Vikrant becomes angry and warns Dhairya to watch his words. Dhairya tells Vikrant to move as he wants to talk to his mother. Vikrant pushes him and shouts that she is also his mother. Vikrant tells Dhairya to question him since he filed the complaint and is the witness. Dhairya replies that if one witness matters then another does too. The matron from the old age home is ready to reveal everything if Vikrant is willing to listen. Dhairya warns Vishakha that once the matron speaks the truth, Vishakha will be the one going to jail. Mallika and Aishwarya exchange worried looks.
Mannat tries to explain that she has proof of Vishakha’s behaviour towards Dadi and how she mistreated her. She says she caught Vishakha red-handed. Vikrant refuses to listen and says the woman who tried to kill his mother must be punished first and only then he will hear Mannat out. Ronnie questions Vikrant’s state of mind. Vikrant shouts that he was blinded by love but after Neetu’s accident he finally sees the truth. He accuses Neetu of killing his father in the past and now trying to kill his mother.
Mannat tries to talk to him but Vikrant asks everyone to question Neetu about leaving the house. Keertha says Neetu did leave and returned, and even tried to harm herself, but Gagan stops her. Vikrant is shocked. Mannat and Vikrant argue. Vikrant asks Dhairya to investigate, saying Neetu left the house with full planning to kill Vishakha.
Precap: Vikrant becomes emotional and Mannat tries to calm him. Aishwarya celebrates because the story is once again turning against Mannat.
