Mannat 6th January 2025 Written Episode Update begins with Sruthi rushing to the hospital after hearing that her sister Soniya has been admitted for delivery. Security tries to stop her, but she insists her sister is inside. A nurse informs her that Soniya has given birth to a baby girl prematurely at seven and a half months. Sruthi asks about Soniya’s condition and is shocked to learn that she is still unconscious.
When Sruthi goes to see the baby, she finds her missing. The nurse assures her that the child must be with Soniya. Inside, Soniya holds the baby and is told by the nurse that this daughter is the result of her prayers. The nurse also mentions that Sruthi has come to meet her, leaving Soniya disturbed. Sending the nurse out, Soniya decides to leave with the baby.
Sruthi lashes out at hospital staff for their negligence. She grows frantic when she realises both Soniya and the newborn are gone. Meanwhile, Soniya walks to the beach with the child. Believing her dreams matter more, she decides to abandon the baby. She leaves the infant on the shore and walks away.
A young boy notices the baby and sits by her to protect her. At the same time, Sruthi desperately searches the beach but is stopped by a police officer, who warns her of the storm. Sruthi insists her sister is nearby with the child. The officer suspects Soniya came only to abandon the baby. Soon, Sruthi finds the little girl and realises she has been left behind. The boy tells her he safeguarded the baby. Sruthi, overwhelmed, declares the newborn is her prayer and names her Mannat. She promises to raise her as her own daughter and fulfil all her dreams.
23 years later
Sruthi and her family prepare to celebrate Mannat’s birthday on a train journey. They book an entire AC coach but realise Mannat is missing. Mannat is shown rushing to the station, where she collides with a man. After a brief quarrel, she runs behind the moving train and manages to hop on. The family welcomes her happily.
Sruthi scolds Mannat for being late. Mannat explains she was delayed because she won first prize in her university award function. She dreams of becoming a chef and credits Sruthi for raising her with love and support. She thanks Bindu uncle for teaching her recipes and funding her studies, and also shares her joy with Gudiya and her sister.
Getting emotional, Mannat dedicates her biggest trophy to Sruthi, calling her the world’s best mother who has always been her strength. She then dreams aloud about buying a big house and car one day to give them all a better life. Sruthi, however, warns her not to chase only money.
Mannat later tells her cousin about her best friend Bella, who is returning to India. Bella calls via video and asks Mannat to help her pick a dress. Bella’s mother, revealed to be Soniya, now living under the name Aishwarya Rai – reluctantly agrees to meet Mannat after Bella insists.
Meanwhile, Sruthi worries that Mannat might one day cross paths with her biological mother. She prays to God to protect her from repeating the same mistakes. As the episode ends, Vickram arrives in a helicopter, and Sruthi believes he will definitely come to protect Mannat’s future.
