Raj, Shlok, and other family members rush to check on Sumeet at the hospital. Poonam remembers slapping her and doubting her character as she said she would prove her marriage. Sumeet gets up and assures everyone that she’s fine. In the doctor’s explanation, Sumeet donated blood to a patient who was in need. Raj recalls his harsh words and leaves without meeting her.
Shlok reassures Sumeet that he knew she would never attempt suicide because Raj had raised her to be a resilient fighter. However, Raunak cautions Shlok to keep his distance from Sumeet and criticizes him for doubting her integrity. He reminds Shlok that if he couldn’t handle Sumeet, he should have informed Raunak instead. Enraged, Sumeet slaps Raunak and demands that he stop referring to her as his wife. She bravely reveals that Raunak had made inappropriate advances towards her. Shlok stands by Sumeet and reprimands his family for spreading baseless rumors and questioning her character.
He clarifies that expecting mothers are not eligible to donate blood. However, Sumeet defied this norm and successfully saved a man’s life. She has proven her pregnancy status and moral character. The doctor states that the patient needs to undergo surgery. Poonam inquires about the patient’s identity. Sumeet discloses that the patient is a tattoo artist named Bala. This information worries Shagun. Sumeet expresses her hope that Bala regains consciousness and reveals the truth, as she urges Poonam to listen to him so they can uncover the truth behind Shlok’s marriage with her. Shlok agrees to give Bala an opportunity to speak up.
She believes that Sumeet is like her mother, and if Bala opens his mouth, everyone will know that Sumeet was married to Shlok, not her. Raunak assures Shagun that a tattoo artist cannot ruin anything.
Sumeet’s prayers are with Bala as she undergoes surgery. Raj kindly brings her a glass of juice, while Shlok and Poonam also bring fresh juice for her. Sumeet expresses gratitude to Shlok for his trust in sharing the pregnancy reports with her. In response, Shlok reassures her that he does not have any issues with her, but he is against dishonesty. Sumeet promises him that when the truth comes to light, he will be on the side of truth. Meanwhile, Shagun dresses up as a nurse and devises a plan to prevent the truth from being exposed. She carries a suitcase full of money with her to bribe the tattoo artist into saying what she wants him to say.
Sumeet greets Raj with a hug, reminiscing on the childhood song they used to sing together. However, Raj abruptly cuts her off and speaks unkindly before walking away. Sumeet is determined to vindicate herself. Eventually, she waits outside Bala’s room and notices Shagun entering, so she intercepts her. Deceptively, she tells Shagun that she needs to clean the patient’s room and convinces Shagun to accompany her inside. While in the room, Sumeet accidentally drops some coins and discovers that the floor is already wet. Without hesitation, she requests for Shagun to leave.
When Bala becomes conscious, the nurse informs Sumeet that everyone can meet him. A guy wearing a sherwani came to Bala on Saturday for a tattoo, along with a mole on his palm. Shlok checks his palm and notices a mole as well. As the tattoo artist points at Shlok, everyone is stunned.
