The ritual is completed when Vani asks Raunak to take off Sumeet’s veil. Sumeet drops nails around her, creating a “Lakshman Rekha,” and warns Raunak not to cross it. Sumeet picks up a hammer and warns Raunak again to stay away. She asserts that only Shlok, her husband, has the right to perform the ceremony. Wonderboy is blamed for disrupting the ceremony by the media.
She advises Raunak to avoid doing anything that would make people think Sumeet made a good decision by leaving him for Shlok. Taking the title of Sumeet’s wife, Raunak pretends to defend Sumeet’s dignity. Shagun suggests they have some privacy to sort things out, and everyone leaves, leaving Sumeet alone with Raunak. While Sumeet pleads that they not leave her with Raunak, everyone leaves. Raunak says he agrees with Vani and wants to teach Sumeet a lesson. He vows to cross all boundaries and harm her.
Sumeet embraces Shlok in fear, but he rejects her. Noticing her struggle with the veil, he steps in to remove it. Onlookers at the gate witness this, and Dadi comments on Sumeet’s success in uncovering Shlok’s face. Poonam informs Shagun of Sumeet’s pregnancy, but Shagun remains quiet as she schemes to use the news to her benefit. Sumeet makes a firm decision not to leave Raunak until she proves her marriage with Shlok. Questioning her, Shlok wonders why she is punishing herself and being accused of dishonesty.
Sumeet is determined to prove her marriage with Shlok and writes a message on the wall that she won’t leave until she does. However, when Shlok tries to erase it, a heated argument ensues. He implores her to give up her stubbornness, but Sumeet’s attention is caught by a tattoo on someone’s hand. She asks Shlok to show his hand, but he insists he was at work during their marriage. Despite his claims, Sumeet remains doubtful and vows to obtain evidence. She heads to the market in search of the tattoo artist who could create the tattoo in just 15 minutes. After finding him, she questions him about the tattoo, but he flees before providing any answers.

Shlok looks at family album photos and says Raunak hurt his leg badly in his childhood, which left a scar on his left leg. Thus, if Sumeet’s groom was Raunak, he should also have a scar.
Sumeet asks the tattoo artist about the day. He says it was Saturday.
