The episode begins with Natasha inspecting Suman’s medication. Dhawal hands her an organizer to keep the medicines organized. Joyfully, Natasha embraces Dhawal. Amba is frustrated by Amrish giving in too easily to Natasha. She remembers Dhawal mentioning that Shalini had assisted Natasha. In her semi-conscious state, Suman repeatedly calls out for Chiku. Upon waking up, she proclaims that Chiku has abandoned them all. Suman reveals that they had hurt Chiku, causing him to leave. However, Natasha assures her that he will return. In her final moments, Suman pleads with Natasha to bring him back before she passes away.
Suan insists that Natasha quickly complete the renovation of the Pandya Store so that they can bring in Chiku to manage it. When Amba visits Shalini, she brings flowers and expresses that despite their failed relationship, she still considers herself a mother figure to Shalini. In an attempt to sway her, Amba resorts to tears and asserts she is the only one who can assist her. Tearfully, Amba begs Shalini to intervene and rescue Dhawal from Natasha’s clutches, which catches Shalini off guard. This also confuses Dhawal, causing Suman to identify him as Gombi mistakenly.
Amba inquires with Shalini whether she will bring Dhawal back to the Makwana house. Shalini willingly offers assistance, hoping it will help her reconnect with Amrish. Amba says that Shalini would step up even if nobody else agrees to help. Shalini seeks Amba’s blessings before telling her to rest at home. Suman contacts Gombi and shares a nightmare she had about thieves breaking into Pandya Store. Mithu playfully teases her, thinking she has once again forgotten something. Suman falls back asleep after their banter.
After Hetal offers Dolly mango juice, she declines, claiming she has no appetite. Pranali suggests that she should still have some for her and her baby’s health. Dolly questions whether Natasha has been informed about the pregnancy news. Amba chimes in, falsely claiming that she has already told Dhawal and assumes he must have also passed on the information to Natasha. She accuses Natasha of being self-centered and preventing Dhawal from coming over. This causes Dolly to panic, but Pranali reassures her and advises her to focus on her baby’s well-being. Meanwhile, Amba daydreams about Dhawal taking care of all Natasha’s tasks, from cleaning the house to feeding her.
Amba taunts Pranali for not having children and boasts about being able to look after Dolly. Dhawal mumbles in his sleep and asks Natasha to check his t-shirt as he feels something crawling on him. Upon discovering an insect, Natasha screams, and they share a comical moment as they toss it out and laugh together. Amba expresses concern about society gossiping about Dhawal staying at the Pandya house. However, Amrish reminds her that Dhawal is still a Makwana and will return home once Suman is better.
