At the temple, Natasha is sobbing and praying. She questions why fate keeps taking away those she loves and wonders if she has done anything wrong. Meanwhile, Amba retreats to her room, retrieving medicine from the cupboard. She knows she must risk herself to save Isha’s connections to her maternal home and takes the pills, becoming disoriented and collapsing. Natasha tearfully expresses her love for Dhawal and laments their impending separation on their last day of marriage festivities. She clutches a jar of haldi and sadly reveals that she adorned herself in haldi and sindoor with his name, questioning the fragility of relationships as another girl will soon have this symbol of marriage on her face instead of her own. As she speaks, some sindoor falls onto her face.

Pranali rushes to Amba’s side and gasps in alarm at the sight of her falling on the floor. “Maa!” she cries out in a panic, causing her to drop the tray. Amrish and others quickly arrive at the scene, rushing to check Amba’s condition. Dhawal suggests that perhaps his mother had taken too much of her medication. Pranali wastes no time examining the medicine bottle, while Amrish remains skeptical and believes that Amba is just putting on an act. He moves closer to her and demands that she stop this charade as it won’t bring their daughter Isha back. Pranali, with a sense of urgency, grabs the blood pressure meter and asks Amrish to step aside. She diagnoses Amba’s condition as being severe due to her slow pulse rate and instructs Amrish that they need to clean her stomach immediately. Amrish stands there in shock, realizing his mother may not have been pretending.

Natasha says don’t take my test; save my relationship from breaking. Pranali says she faints, and her blood pressure is getting low. Amrish asks how this can happen. Bhaven tells Dhawal to call the ambulance to take Amba to the hospital. Amrish says no, Pranali will take care of her. She will treat her. Pranali says yes, you all go out; we have little time. Dhawal says that I won’t forgive Natasha if anything happens to her.

In the temple, Suman sees Natasha. She cries and cleans Natasha’s face. She says her life has been difficult since childhood, but she never complained. She has a limit to tolerance, so do not test her. Pranali says that I removed the medicine from her stomach; she will feel better. Chirag says we’ll postpone the haldi. Amrish says not to worry; she’ll be fine and come to the haldi function no matter what. He asks Hetal to take care of Amba.
