The Episode begins with Dhara completing Malti’s last rites and reminiscing about her. Gautam patiently waits by her side. Dhara sheds tears and speaks to Malti, expressing her regret for not being able to save her. She also promises to reunite with her in their next lives and begs for her mother’s love to stay with her always. Overcome with emotion, she collapses but is caught by Gautam. He tries to console her as she continues weeping. Dhara questions why Mahadev took away her only source of love after finally receiving it. Unable to handle the pain, she loses consciousness and falls into Gautam’s arms.
The doctor has confirmed that she only has one kidney and it has been affected by toxins. We will provide her with the necessary treatment and she should rest. It is important to monitor her diet and we suggest keeping her away from school for the next few days. Shweta assures us that she will take care of monitoring Dhara’s diet. Meanwhile, Shiva inquires about Dhara’s condition. The doctor explains that she needs to examine Dhara before giving an update. Raavi reassures everyone that they won’t let Dhara do any work while Rishita promises to take care of her. Suddenly, Gautam rushes in with a fainted Dhara. The doctor checks on her and confirms that despite having only one kidney, her body was able to fight off the toxins. She will be discharged later this evening and there is no need to worry. However, Raavi understands the pain of losing a parent and knows that time cannot heal such wounds easily.
As night falls, Dhara drifts off to sleep. In her dream, she sees Malti and imagines her standing beside her. “I’m here,” Malti tells her, “I’ve always been with you and I’ll continue to live on in your life. Take care of everyone, just as you always have. And if possible, forgive Arushi.” Dhara promises to do so and begs Malti not to leave her. Just then, Gautam enters the room and Dhara suddenly wakes up and faints. Gautam rushes to hold her. Meanwhile, Arushi is sobbing while looking at Malti’s photo and apologizing to her. Chiku prays for Natasha’s wellbeing while Dhara asks him to go take a bath and get ready for school. Irritated, he leaves while Dhara says a silent prayer for herself and Natasha with Chiku looking on. She thinks about how she doesn’t want to lose Chiku after already losing her mother.
