The scene begins with Dhawal attending to Amba’s needs. Amrish enters and inquires about Amba’s well-being. She says Isha has left with Chiku, but no one is concerned about her as everyone is busy celebrating. Amrish agrees, saying they are not bothered about Isha and Natasha since they have always been disrespectful towards him. Despite this, the event will continue. Meanwhile, Dhawal doesn’t notice his phone ringing and encourages Amba to join them at the function. As he leaves, Natasha tries to reach Dhawal urgently while Shesh and Mittu plead with the inspector to allow their car to pass but are denied.
Shalini speaks with the inspector and receives permission to proceed. Meanwhile, Dolly, Pranali, and Hetal are busy cooking. Dolly expresses her concern that Shalini may have been in trouble. Just then, Dhawal arrives and asks about Natasha’s whereabouts. Pranali informs him that Natasha stayed at Pandya store. Dhawal suggests she should have stayed there as well. However, Pranali explains that they fear losing Dhawal if they break their contract with Natasha. Assuring them he is not going anywhere, Dhawal is approached by Amrish, who urges him to meet an investor. As this is happening, Natasha pleads for Suman to wake up while Amba notices a call from Natasha on Dhawal’s phone. Looking for his cell phone, Dhawal says he will return the call later.
Shalini, Natasha, Shesh, and Mittu rush Suman to the hospital. The doctor quickly examines her and takes her to the ICU. Shalini receives a call and offers to leave if they need anything. They express their gratitude before she departs. Meanwhile, emotions run high as the group embraces and sheds tears. Amidst the tense atmosphere, two men engage in a heated argument over their favorite song. Their voices escalate into shouting and physical altercation. Chirag and Bhaven intervene to try and defuse the situation.
Amrish and Dhawal arrive and intervene. Dhawal expresses concern for Natasha and Daama’s well-being. Meanwhile, Natasha stands by the door, overcome with emotion upon seeing Suman. As Suman closes her eyes, Dhawal tries to call for help, but his phone is unfortunately switched off. A doctor intervenes and updates Natasha, informing her that while Suman has regained consciousness, she is still in critical condition due to a brain stroke. The doctor apologizes for the delay in getting Suman to the hospital and explains that recovery may be slow. He suggests taking her home to spend time with her family during her final days. This reminds Natasha of Chiku, and she becomes angry with the doctor. Shesh apologizes on behalf of the family and promises to make arrangements for Daama’s care. He breaks down in tears as well.
Amrish implores the men to cease their quarrel, but Natasha vehemently debates with Shesh. She declares that she will locate the finest doctor for Daama’s treatment. In response, Shesh retorts that it is all Natasha’s fault, and Chiku and Isha have already left the house. He then states that they will bring Daama back home. However, Natasha firmly insists they will not take her away; otherwise, she swears it will be her final day.

Natasha updates Dhawal on the latest news: “Chiku’s leaving, Suman suffered a brain stroke and these circumstances…” Dhawal cuts in with a severe tone, asking for clarity: “Tell me honestly, who informed you about the circumstances?” Natasha replies calmly, referencing their source of information: “Amba mentioned it to me.” The revelation takes aback Dhawal.
