In the coming 15 days, Shiv says he will assist other doctors in surgeries. Shakti says, “You will assist your juniors?” Shiv says yes, but I haven’t done surgeries for years. In the hospital, Chacha is scared to see Shiv and Shakti’s hospital, but the nurse tells her not to worry. This is the best.
Shakti expresses regret to Shiv for questioning his efforts and acknowledges that she should have shown support. In response, Shiv reassures her not to feel down and reminds her that she played a crucial role in motivating him. Shakti responds with a smile and compliments him on his generous nature. Shiv then suggests they grab some tea together. As they walk away, Shakti recalls reading on the form that the surgery would be free of charge but now realizes that all doctors at this hospital charge for surgeries since he no longer performs them himself. This realization prompts her to leave the area.
I’m sure something is going on, Shakti says. Who’s doing this free surgery? Chacha passes by, but she doesn’t see him. Chacha goes with a nurse. Keertan calls the nurse and tells him to keep stalling the donor. The nurse calls out to Chacha. Don’t worry; no one will find out about your surgery. You need the money, so come with me, the nurse says.
Shakti asks some nurses about free surgery today, but they are unaware of it. She is confused. Manorama is calling Chacha, but he is not picking up. Manorama says she is worried he might be taking a wrong turn. Shakti hears Chacha’s phone ring at the hospital. She says it’s Chacha’s ringtone, so she looks around for him. Chacha tells the nurse he has changed his mind. The nurse says, “Okay, then”.
After Chacha starts leaving, the nurse attacks him in the head, and he faints. Shakti approaches the room, but the nurse covers Chacha up and puts him on the bed before she enters. Shakti says she heard a phone ring. He answered yes, it was my phone. She starts leaving, but her dupatta gets stuck on Chacha’s bed.
Keertan arrives at the hospital and says Shiv will be blamed soon. Manorama worries about Chacha not answering her call, so she tells Dharam not to leave. Shakti asks about the patient, but Shiv calls, so she leaves.
