The episode begins with Shakti stunned as Shiv performs an emergency procedure on a choking child. While the boy’s father accuses Shiv of trying to harm his son, the nurse explains that Shiv’s actions saved the child’s life. The boy’s mother thanks Shiv, and he reassures her that her son will be fine. Shakti watches him with admiration and curiosity.

Meanwhile, Keertan is released from jail and smirks at Rimjhim, knowing his freedom comes at a price.

Shakti questions Shiv about his calmness during the incident. Shiv reveals that unlike last time, he did not freeze, crediting Shakti’s support for his courage. He hugs her, declaring that “your Shiv is back.” Shakti is emotional as they reunite.

Back at the Suryavanshi house, Keertan returns with Rimjhim. Mandira welcomes him warmly, but Dadi demands she reveal Shiv and Shakti’s location as promised. Mandira casually admits that Keertan attacked them and that Shiv was shot, suggesting that they may already be dead. She cruelly tells the family to prepare for Shiv’s last rites. When Dadi tries to slap her, Mandira strikes her back, shocking everyone.

Mandira arrogantly claims she will not be treated like a submissive daughter-in-law. Ragunath tries to defend his mother, but Keertan stops him and slaps him instead. Kamal mocks Keertan for taking after his mother, prompting Keertan to draw a gun and threaten the family, warning them to stay away from Mandira.

Elsewhere, Shiv tells Shakti that her love saved him from the mental hospital and that it is time to end Mandira’s reign. He vows to have her in jail within five days, determined to punish her for killing his mother and taking Gauri away. Shakti is shocked to learn Mandira killed Gayatri and asks what happened that night. Shiv hints at finally revealing the truth from his past to bring Mandira down.

At the mansion, Mandira proclaims herself the ruler of the house, declaring that anyone unhappy can leave. She asserts that she is now their God, claiming her authority in Shiv’s absence. Dadi cries silently, clutching the family photo as Mandira smirks, ready to unleash her next move.
