Mandira pleads with the commissioner to apprehend Shiv as he threatens everyone. Upon his arrival, Shiv behaves erratically, claiming to be the ruler of the palace. Kartik addresses him as “papa,” but Shiv laughs and corrects him that he is a king, not a father. Shakti advises Kartik not to inquire further, as Shiv is simply putting on an act. She plays with Kartik’s toy cars and befriends him, allowing them both to play together.

Shakti urges the commissioner to take notice of his current state – once a brilliant doctor, now behaving like a child. Mandira points out that he is playing games with everyone. Shakti accuses her of causing this deterioration through her planning and mistreatment. Mandira dismisses it as a ploy for protection. Shakti condemns her as dishonest and not truly Shiv, driven by fear of losing the spotlight if he avoids imprisonment.

Mandira assures, “I will provide the best doctors from our hospital.” Shakti doubts, stating, “No, I do not trust your doctors. I believe Shiv should be evaluated at a government hospital.” Mandira’s credibility is questioned due to her involvement in an illegal scheme where she gave Keertan a fake degree. Thus, Shakti’s request holds merit. The commissioner agrees and suggests evaluating Shiv at a government hospital before excusing himself.

Mandira informs Shakti that saving Shiv is not an option. In response, Shakti vows to seek revenge for the harm caused to his mother and Shiv’s current state. Keertan asks if they will allow such action and warns Mandira not to lay a finger on his mother. Kamal advises Mandira to stay within her boundaries. Mandira argues that she has a strong support system on her side. Padma joins her and invites Nandu to join their alliance as well.

Koyal sides with Mandira as Shakti gazes at Rimjhim. In a flashback, she visits Manorama and confesses that she has witnessed Mandira’s deceitful behaviour. She apologizes for not realizing it sooner and admits that Shakti is falsely accused of attacking Mandira. Rimjhim takes responsibility for current affairs but now recognizes Mandira’s true character.

I will leave Keertan because he has shown me he is a bad person, and I don’t want to be on his side. Manorama advised me to stay with Shakti and pretend to hate him while secretly being a spy so he could find out about Mandira’s schemes. Rimjhim expresses her gratitude for being forgiven and receives blessings from Manorama, followed by hugs from the rest of the family. As the flashback ends, Rimjhim gazes at Shakti and joins forces with Mandira. Mandira confidently declares that Shakti is powerless against her army of people as he watches on helplessly.
