Once at his office, Shiv removes his coat and discovers the form in its pocket. Upon recognizing the stars on the paper, he remarks that he had given it to “that girl.” He then realizes that she must have come to his house for his signature. Impressed by her boldness, he praises her potential to become a great doctor due to her exceptional grades. As he prepares to sign her form, Mandira and Nidhi arrive. Mandira informs Shiv that Nidhi is interested in pursuing medicine and wanted to meet him. Nidhi expresses admiration for Shiv’s ability to handle difficult cases with ease, causing him to feel anxious as flashbacks flood his mind. Sensing his distress, Mandira ushers Nidhi away when a nurse arrives.
When Shakti leaves the house, Manorama stops her and asks where she went with Rimjhim that morning? Shakti says I have to go to the hospital. I have to give blood since I want to give back to the community. Manorama says I heard you talk about Prince Charming? Rimjhim comes there and asks Shakti to leave, she leaves. Manorama asks Rimjhim to speak with her, but Rimjhim runs away.
Mandira hands the recommendation letter to Nidhi, informing her that she has already signed it and she is guaranteed admission. Grateful for Mandira’s help, Nidhi expresses her gratitude and leaves. Shortly after, Nandu arrives and Mandira wonders why he is still living in their home. She then requests him to stay with Shiv. Making his way to Shiv’s room, Nandu notices that Shiv is visibly anxious. He tries to comfort her and ease her nerves. Watching from a distance, Mandira vows not to let Nandu recover. Meanwhile, Shakti enters the hospital and suddenly Shiv becomes calmer. Addressing Nandu, Shiv explains that she was feeling uneasy but now she feels much better.
Peering out of his window, he catches a glimpse of Shakti playing with a group of children. While her face remains hidden, Shiv observes her figure and admires her determination as she teaches the kids about the importance of polio prevention. Taking note of Shakti’s impressive grades and internships, he praises her competence. As Shakti kindly offers a biscuit to the children, Shiv smiles proudly and remarks that she possesses qualities of a responsible, humble, and down-to-earth individual. Nandu grins upon hearing Shiv’s statement and his determination to help Shakti become an exceptional doctor.
Gayatri stops Sundari and says these are Lakshmi’s marks. Shiv talked to me after years and this girl saved Shiv indirectly. She places cloth on Shakti’s feet marks and imprints them on the cloth.
When Shiv turns around to sign Shakti’s form, he sees her standing on the other side of the window. They keep talking but can’t hear each other. Sun Saathiya plays while they talk. Shiv asks her to come inside his office. She is about to go in when Mandira comes up and asks Shiv if everything is okay? He nods. He locks the door and keeps Shakti out. Bagumaa wants to talk to you urgently.
Shiv drops Shakti’s form and calls home. Shakti is outside the room and thinks I won’t get signatures easily. Mandira glares at her so Shakti leaves. She thinks this girl must have come to get signatures but I won’t let her succeed. She is about to pick up Shakti’s form when Shiv ends the call and says this is wrong, Chachi. I thought Bagumaa was ill, but she was fine. Mandira believes I might have heard something wrong. She goes out and searches for that girl. She bumps into Shakti.
Who is Shakti Sharma? Nandu asks Shiv who she is? Shiv says she came to my bathroom. Nandu says she entered your bathroom directly? Shiv asks him to shut up, saying she wanted my signature. She deserves 3 stars. Nandu asked why did you lie to me in the morning? Shiv said I was getting late. Nandu said I am your brother and you still hid that from me? Shiv told him to shut up and left.
Mandira tells Shakti that you have guts to come here for Shiv? Shakti says it doesn’t suit you being an elder. Mandira says you follow a guy everywhere and you might end up in his room if you do. Shakti thinks Shiv told her everything. Mandira says maybe your dream was something else? Shakti looks on.
