Ranjan asks Mandira to come out, she has some work, and he says yes and goes from there, Shakti sees this and goes behind him. As Ranjan sits inside Mandira’s car, Shakti doesn’t see him. Mandira asks Ranjan if he will marry Rimjhim, and he replies, “No, she’s already having an affair with someone else.” Mandira asks what if I pay you a lot of money to marry her? Ranjan says what if I marry Shakti instead? Mandira smiles and thinks, “That’s exactly what I wanted.”.
Shiv pleads with Nandu and says I cannot live without you. Dadi tells Nandu that Padma made a mistake so he doesn’t have to go anywhere, and she leaves. Shiv tells Nandu that what Maa did was wrong, but I need to go with her. He says, “Come with me.” Shiv calls the family members. Padma arrives at Shiv’s house with her luggage. Dadi asks why she is still here. Shiv says he needs to speak to her.
Ranjan tells Mandira that he must be greedy, you are still cheap and I fired you for that, but I will compensate you for it by paying you double for marrying Shakti.
Shiv reminds Dadi of Padma’s care for him during his childhood and how she has always been there for the family. Despite any mistakes she may have made, Shiv considers her a part of the family and believes cutting ties is not an option. He acknowledges that Padma may feel disrespected in the house, but it would be wrong to treat her with disrespect as well. Shiv then questions Ragunath if it is right for him to raise his hand to Nandu, their family member. He emphasizes that Padma holds the same right to this house as anyone else and is considered a daughter of this household. Recalling Padma’s loyalty towards him, Shiv pleads with Dadi to not be unjust towards her and begs her not to remove her from the household.
Padma is glad to hear that. Dadi says, but if she makes a mistake again, Shiv says she will leave the house. Dadi nods and leaves. Padma hugs him and cries. Keertan whispers she just wanted someone to save her. She tells Ranjan not to doubt my plan, and that people talk about Shiv and Shakti together, but it will be Ranjan and Shakti. She tells him to get lost. Shakti is confused by this.
Ragunath reassured Shiv that everything was resolved, to which Shiv responded with gratitude. Shakti had taken a risk by attending her sister’s engagement, despite the potential backlash from her family. She did so to protect our relationship and my dream, but you insulted her family. You should express your gratitude towards them for saving us. In my opinion, it would be appropriate for you to go and apologize to Shakti’s family. However, Mandira interjected, saying that her brother would never do such a thing. Ragunath admitted his mistake and acknowledged Shakti’s role in protecting their son’s dream. He took responsibility and decided to personally apologize to her family. Mandira revealed that she had already apologized on behalf of their family. Nonetheless, Ragunath insisted on making amends for his error. Shiv was overjoyed and embraced his father before they both departed.
Upon returning to Manorama’s family, Ranjan agrees to marry. Manorama expresses her gratitude for his role in preserving their honour. Shakti arrives and questions Ranjan’s sudden change of heart, noting that he had previously refused. However, Ranjan explains that he respects women and may have misinterpreted Rimjhim’s words. He suggests they proceed with the engagement. Despite Shakti’s attempts to intervene, Manorama insists on continuing and brings out the rings. With Rimjhim’s help, they exchange rings. Shakti is pained by this sight, while Ranjan smirks at her. She wonders why he went outside and suddenly changed his mind. What could be causing trouble in her family?
Meanwhile, Mandira smirks and says I will ensure Shakti gets married to Ranjan and won’t interfere with Shiv’s life.
