The Episode begins with Krish entering Baldev’s room. He inquires about Baldev’s well-being and reminds Bindiya to give him water. After ensuring that Baldev has taken his medicine, Bindiya brings the water as requested. Krish offers to fulfill any of Baldev’s needs or wishes, prompting Bindiya to leave them alone in hopes of improving their strained relationship. As she goes to fetch the water jug, Krish throws himself at Baldev’s feet and expresses his deep love for him, unable to bear his coldness towards him. He apologizes and breaks down in tears, promising to always protect him. Curious, Baldev asks if Krish has heard of Mrig trishna?
Payal notices Bindiya leaving Baldev’s room and is relieved. Now, she must impress the older man and make Krish believe that she genuinely cares for him. She rubs her eyes in an attempt to produce tears, but wonders why they won’t come. She continues to rub her eyes in hopes of faking tears. Krish asks about Mrig trishna and Baldev explains how a deer can smell kasturi but cannot find its source in the jungle because it is hidden in its navel. Payal is about to enter the room when Bindiya stops her and pulls her away. Confused, Payal questions Bindiya’s behavior.
Bindiya reminds Payal that Krishna ji had warned her not to go inside. Confused, Payal explains that she cannot rest until she apologizes to him. Bindiya counsels her about understanding her role in the household. However, Payal assures her that she is aware of her place and knows what to do in order to secure her rightful position. She declares that she will not let herself be sidetracked any longer.
Meanwhile, Baldev compares Payal’s situation to a deer searching for kasturi (musk), when it is right in front of her all along. Krish expresses his confusion, but Baldev brushes it off saying it is Krish’s problem for not recognizing good things and people when they are right in front of him. Just then, Bindiya enters and Baldev invites her to join them.
Indu informs Sakshi about the two sisters, one being Neem and the other Kerela. Sakshi clarifies that one sister is chosen by Papa ji and the other by Krish, then asks Indu which one will she choose. At that moment, Payal arrives. Indu questions her presence, while Payal explains that she has come to apologize to Mummy ji. She admits to knowing how hurt Indu is and expresses her admiration for her since day 1. She aspires to be like Indu but realizes she has disappointed her role model. Payal defends Krish, stating his incapability of causing harm to anyone, even in a dream, and reassures him that he loves Indu deeply. Sakshi sees through Payal’s cleverness. Payal takes responsibility for her actions but defends Krish, requesting forgiveness from them both.
According to Sakshi, Papa ji is ill and Mummy ji is upset. She suggests that Payal should leave. However, Krish intervenes and expresses his concern about her well-being. Indu then urges Payal to follow Krish’s advice, stating that while Payal may have positive feelings towards her, she does not share the same sentiment. Indu further explains that while she loves her son and wants him to be happy, her current priority is her husband’s health, making it difficult for her to decide between Payal’s forgiveness at the moment. Until Baldev recovers, Payal will have to stay in the guest room. With this in mind, Payal decides to leave the room.
After checking Baldev’s temperature, Krish expresses relief that it is within the normal range. Baldev then asks Krish to leave, but he insists on staying by his side. Bindiya joins in and begins massaging Baldev’s feet, warning him that sleeping while fasting may result in being reborn as a python in the next life. However, she promises to rest after breaking her fast. Baldev can’t help but burst into laughter, which earns him a disapproving look from Bindiya. As he continues coughing, Krish asks if he needs anything and proceeds to give him water before urging him to rest. As Baldev rests on the bed, Krish and Bindiya take turns massaging his hands and feet until Krish eventually falls asleep himself.
Payal eagerly awaits Krish’s arrival in the guest room, where he is currently sleeping with his head on Baldev’s lap. She assumes the old man must still be awake. Bindiya, on the other hand, believes it’s time to break her fast and considers leaving the room. Suddenly, Krish turns over and rests his head on Bindiya’s lap. Catching a glimpse of this, Payal exclaims, “What the hell?” She fears that her illusion is being shattered. Seeing that it’s 4:45 AM, Bindiya checks the time and Krish wakes up upon hearing a bell. He asks who could be ringing it. Bindiya offers to check and instructs Krish to stay with Babu ji. Once outside, she finds Payal banging on plates loudly. Annoyed, she questions why Payal is making so much noise. In response, Payal accuses Bindiya of trying to steal her husband and all the luxuries of their home since she is Mrs. Krish Shukla. Her hallucination quickly dissipates when Bindiya reminds her that she needs to stop causing a disturbance in their house.
