Suhaagan 16th July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Swara bravely confronting Nisha. She tells Nisha that she must answer five questions, and if she fails, she will prove Vedant’s innocence. Nisha confidently agrees. Swara first asks about Vedant’s course in the US. When Nisha hesitates, Swara exposes her by asking her to identify Vedant’s study books. Nisha admits she never knew his course, saying their meetings were only romantic. Vedant immediately declares that she is lying.

Next, Swara places Vedant’s perfumes on the table. Shlok explains that if Nisha was truly close to Vedant, she should know which perfume he uses. Confused, Nisha signals to Dhwani for help but still fails. Swara picks the correct perfume and questions her further. Finally, Swara asks Nisha to name Vedant’s family members. Nisha stumbles, only saying “Papa,” without knowing names. Indu declares that Nisha has clearly never even been to America.

At that moment, Koel suddenly switches off the lights, and in the chaos, Nisha escapes. When the lights return, everyone realises she is gone. Rudra angrily says she just wanted to ruin Vedant’s reputation, while Abhi dismisses her as a gold digger. Vedant thanks Swara for defending him, and Swara insists she never believed Nisha’s lies. Vrinda praises Swara for her wisdom.

However, Dhwani, still plotting, whispers to Swara that she has made a mistake by trusting Vedant. She secretly receives a message from Koel asking her to meet. Later, Koel and Dhwani discuss eliminating Swara once and for all. Dhwani hesitates, but Koel pushes her, saying Swara must die if Dhwani truly wants Vedant. Reluctantly, Dhwani agrees and vows to kill Swara during her marriage rituals. Koel smiles with satisfaction.

The next day, Swara gets dressed as a bride and looks at her parents’ photo frame, seeking their blessings. Shlok joins her, telling her that their parents would have been proud to see her today. Baldev also consoles Swara, recalling the struggles of her parents, especially her mother Bindiya. He gives Swara Bindiya’s bangles, asking her to wear them as her mother’s blessings. Emotional, Swara accepts them with tears in her eyes.

Indu interrupts, cruelly taunting Swara by blaming her for her parents’ deaths. Swara breaks down, but Baldev comforts her, insisting she deserves happiness. He prays for her to have a blissful married life, free of pain and tears.

Meanwhile, Dhwani and Koel prepare their sinister plan. Dhwani adds poison into a glass of juice and says Swara will unknowingly hand it to Vedant during the rituals. The two leave, confident that Swara’s fate is sealed. But just as they finish, they see something shocking.
