The Episode begins with Krish bringing Baldev to his room after the puja. Upon seeing this, the ladies inform Indu that they will be leaving. However, Bindiya asks them to wait and kindly offers them prasad before they go. While Payal and Krish are talking, she shares an important piece of information with him – Bindiya had been giving Baldev multi vitamin tablets instead of heart attack medication. This revelation stirs up anger in Krish towards Bindiya. He confronts her and accuses her of playing another one of her games. Bindiya denies any wrongdoing but is caught off guard when Krish shows her the multi vitamins and heart attack medicine he found in Baldev’s room. She reluctantly admits to switching their medication.
Sakshi claims that she was playing with their father’s health. Vikram inquires about the reason behind this. Krish reveals that Bindiya had not been administering the prescribed medication to their father, and instead giving him the wrong tablets. Payal expresses her shock, questioning how someone could give the incorrect medicine to their papa ji. She adds that Krish suspects Bindiya is intentionally doing this in order to continue living with them. Dadi interjects, telling Payal to refrain from speaking and reminding her that Bindiya considers Baldev ji as her own father and would never harm him. Payal argues that Bindiya is illiterate and may have done it unknowingly. Indu chimes in, labeling it a sin. Krish asserts that it is a crime and accuses them of supporting Bindiya’s actions. Indu turns to Bindiya and requests for her response, but Sakshi interrupts, stating that her silence speaks volumes of her guilt. Krish demands for Bindiya to speak up.
Bindiya fears that if she confesses the truth, it will cast suspicion on Babu ji. In her heart, she feels remorseful and fabricates a lie about not knowing which medicine to administer. Payal remarks that it is fortunate she found out. Krish accuses Bindiya of lacking common sense and responsibility, questioning why she took them away. Bindiya defends herself, stating that Babu ji entrusted her with the responsibility. She worries about who will care for Babu ji as he becomes unwell when he sees Payal.
After you leave, Krish says I’ll take care of Papa, so that’s why I’ll do that. Bindiya says you have to stay with Babu ji for 24 hours. Krish says he is my Papa and I can do anything for him. He says you are no longer needed. Indu tells Bindiya to tell her family to leave, and Krish goes to Indu’s house. To send them off, Bindiya asks her Dadi to come.
Later, Bindiya is in the indoor temple when Payal approaches her. Concerned, she questions Bindiya about the increasing responsibilities that have been placed on her, first with Krish, then with handling puja paath, and now with Papa ji. She expresses her worries that Bindiya may soon depart from Krish’s life. In response, Bindiya remembers Baba’s words about there being no solution for misunderstandings and asks Payal if she can’t differentiate between a misunderstanding and foolishness. Payal then asks if she is considered foolish by Bindiya. Bindiya clarifies that while Payal may think she has kept Bindiya away from Babu ji, she has actually distanced herself from Krishna ji. She predicts that Krishna will be too occupied with Babu ji for Payal to even catch a glimpse of him. Bindiya confidently states that whatever curse Payal intends to put upon her will ultimately become a blessing for her. The tables will turn in her favor as Payal continues to lose while Bindiya gains blessings.
Bindiya is approaching Baldev’s room when Krish hands him his prescribed medicine. She ponders how to prevent Krish from taking the medicine and recalls the Doctor’s instructions. Overhearing their conversation, Baldev informs Krish that he will take the medicine soon. Krish reminds him of what the Doctor wrote in the prescription. As Bindiya prepares to go inside, she receives a call from Pandit ji. She believes that fulfilling one’s religious duties is more important than personal tasks, such as taking medicine, and that her father cannot have it. Indu interrupts her and asks if she heard Pandit ji calling for her. Bindiya insists on meeting her father first before going to Pandit ji’s summons. Indu persuades her to accompany her to Pandit ji’s request. Meanwhile, Krish continues to encourage Baldev to take his medicine despite his initial reluctance. Upon seeing Bindiya and Indu heading towards Pandit ji’s direction, he asks them to bring some bhog (offering) along with them. Indu agrees and tells Bindiya to pay attention to what Pandit ji wanted them to do.
Bindiya performs her daily puja and prays to Ambe Maa for protection from her current troubles. She expresses concern over the potential consequences if Babu ji were to take the tablet. Krish comes forward and offers to assist by giving Babu ji his medicine. This causes Baldev to become anxious, but before Krish can administer the medicine, Bindiya interrupts and throws it away. This angers Krish who questions Bindiya’s actions, asking how she could be so disrespectful as to throw away the tablets. Bindiya defends her behavior, stating that she was simply trying to fulfill her duty of ensuring that Babu ji takes his medicine in the proper way. The servant then brings some khichdi and Bindiya explains that although she may not be educated like Krish, she knows that taking medicine on an empty stomach can be harmful, as per the doctor’s warning.
Baldev shares that his hesitation was due to the previous incident. Krish apologizes for his actions. Bindiya provides Baldev with multivitamin tablets, as per his request. He then asks her to adjust the air conditioning. Krish inquires about their activities, to which Baldev responds by stating that he requested Bindiya to prepare khichdi for him. Krish offers to feed him himself. Bindiya suggests first feeding him the food and then giving him his medicine. Krish questions Baldev’s attempt at teaching him, before proceeding to feed him. Indu becomes emotional and expresses that Ganapati’s arrival has brought harmony back into their lives. Finally, Krish administers the medicine that had been replaced by Bindiya earlier.
Payal comes to Indu and thanks her for accepting her and showing her respect. Indu says she found her mother in you and thanks her for giving her the necklace. She says whatever Bindiya wants happens, so I couldn’t sit in puja. Payal is brought to Bindiya and told that it is Payal’s responsibility to take care of Akand Jyoot. Indu says only I will rule here.
