Suhaagan 19th July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Pandit ji asking Swara and Vedant to exchange garlands. Swara and Vedant happily put garlands on each other, while Shlok and Naina also follow the ritual. Koel and Dhwani exchange angry glances as the wedding proceeds smoothly.

The pandit continues chanting mantras and instructs them for the ghatbandhan. Nidhi ties the ghatbandhan for Swara and Vedant, while Vrinda ties it for Shlok and Naina. The couples are then asked to take the wedding rounds. Holding each other’s hands, both couples begin the pheras. After the third round, the pandit reminds the brides to lead the remaining rounds. Swara and Vedant, along with Shlok and Naina, complete all the rounds.

Pandit ji announces that the pheras are complete and asks the couples to sit down. Dhwani burns with jealousy while Koel looks visibly upset. The pandit then instructs the grooms to apply sindoor to their brides. Vedant fills Swara’s hairline with sindoor, and Shlok does the same for Naina. The grooms then tie mangalsutras around their brides’ necks, officially completing the weddings. Pandit ji declares both couples as husband and wife. Indu sighs in relief, thinking all troubles are now over.

Following the rituals, the newlyweds take blessings from the elders. Everyone showers them with blessings. When Swara approaches Dadi, Koel tries to stop her, saying Dadi can neither speak nor feel. Swara, however, respectfully holds Dadi’s hand and places it on her head, asking Dhwani to interpret. Swara insists she can read Dadi’s eyes herself. Koel fumes inside, thinking she will soon oust Swara from the house.

Swara emotionally hugs Baldev, Shlok, and others, while Naina hugs Vedant and his family. Swara also hugs Indu, who lovingly tells her not to cry and to always remain happy. Indu asks Dhwani to make Naina and Shlok sit in their car for bidaai. Koel then requests Sudha to let Dhwani stay at their house for a few days, claiming they need her help to understand Swara’s signs. Though Sudha hesitates, Koel assures her that they will take care of Dhwani. Vedant tries to object, but Koel silences him. Dhwani happily agrees, saying she and Swara cannot stay away from each other.

After Naina and Shlok leave, Koel goes to the kitchen. Rudra insists that the new bride’s grah pravesh should be grand. Koel pretends to agree but secretly prepares trouble. She breaks a glass and picks up the pieces, ensuring Swara will step on them. The servant informs her that the grah pravesh thaal is ready.

Naina’s grah pravesh takes place first. The family sees a Tantrik in the house, and Indu reveals she invited him for Naina’s shuddhikaran. Shlok objects, saying he does not believe in such rituals, and even Baldev disagrees. Indu defends her decision, saying she has lost loved ones due to bad luck. To avoid conflict, Naina agrees to perform the puja for Indu’s satisfaction. Indu instructs that only women will stay while the men shift to the outhouse. The Tantrik begins the ritual.

Koel then performs Swara’s grah pravesh aarti. She instructs Swara to step into the Alta plate and walk inside without stopping until she has taken 11 steps, warning it would be inauspicious otherwise. Swara agrees. She pushes the kalash and steps forward, but suddenly feels sharp pain in her foot. The glass pieces pierce her feet as she steps into the Alta plate. Koel smiles inwardly, while Dhwani thinks that now Swara cannot take even a single step further.
