The episode begins with Baldev attempting to soothe Bindiya’s nerves. She questions Payal about her presence and bizarre appearance, wondering if there is some commotion at the college. Bindiya also inquires why Payal is dressed as a married woman. Annoyed, Payal tells her to cut it out with the theatrics. Bindiya insists she is genuine and turns to Krish for answers, questioning why Payal is dressed like a newlywed. Then, she turns to Baldev and queries why she can’t recall anything. Finally, Bindiya demands that Payal reveal where her husband is and when she got married. Exasperated, Payal asks if Bindiya truly has no recollection of these events.
Krish asks Pankaj to call the doctor. Upon arrival, the doctor reminded them that she had advised Bindiya to remain calm, but her agitation escalated due to Krish’s actions. Krish expresses concern about Bindiya’s behavior, prompting the doctor to suggest they step out while she administers an injection. As Bindiya falls unconscious, Sakshi proposes hiring a permanent doctor for the household. Payal accuses Bindiya of pretending to have memory loss because she couldn’t accept Payal’s pregnancy. Sakshi questions if Bindiya would go to such lengths. Payal shares that Bindiya has shown manipulative behavior with their father and even made threatening calls to the Chirayya people. Indu agrees with Payal’s suspicions.
Krish assures that Bindiya wouldn’t fabricate a story or create a scene, as she had already decided to leave alone. The doctor then presents Bindiya’s skull x-ray to Krish, revealing that she had suffered internal bleeding and a blood clot in her brain, causing temporary memory loss. However, Payal disagrees upon examining the x-ray and dismisses the doctor’s diagnosis. The doctor insists that Bindiya must avoid stress to prevent slipping into a coma due to partial memory loss. Payal objects and accuses Bindiya of pretending to have memory loss. Baldev questions her lack of trust in the doctor’s expertise and scolds her for not showing support as a sister. Payal continues to argue until Krish intervenes, asking her to calm down while the doctor explains the situation.
Indu tries to calm Payal, who is worried about a sudden realization. Krish shares that he also experienced memory loss in his childhood but has since recovered. A flashback shows Krish forgetting his kidnapping. Indu notes that Krish recovered quickly. Bindiya then remembers finding Payal’s dupatta stuck on the window and following the ink marks on the floor to Nidhi’s room.
Payal says that even she plays with everyone’s emotions, and Nidhi confronts Nidhi about playing with everyone’s emotions. She explains that they need each other. Krish calls Bindiya, and they leave the room. Bindiya calls Pankaj and says she thought she would tell Babu Ji, but I can’t trouble him, so I will contact you. She tells him that Payal is lying about her pregnancy and that Nidhi is involved. Pankaj shares his plan with her. The flashback ends.
Pankaj informs Bindiya that her actions are ultimately in the best interest of saving Krishna. Bindiya agrees, recognizing her duty to protect both Krishna and expose Payal. Pankaj assures her that she can remain at their location for at least a week until the situation calms down, and he leaves before anyone else gets hurt. He thanks the Doctor for aiding their plan and advises him to send her husband over. Krish arrives and is informed by the doctor that Bindiya’s vitals are stable and that she can be discharged in the morning. The doctor reminds Krish to avoid any sources of stress. Taking this into consideration, Krish instructs Bindiya to rest.
How can I look at you then, Indiya asks. She feels sorry she kept him in the dark so that she could save him from Pallu’s betrayal. Payal arrives there. Bindiya pretends to be sleeping. Payal wakes Krish up. He asks why you haven’t gone home yet. Payal says you are worried here, and I will rest at home. She asked why I had to stay with her. Krish tells me that her doctor wants me to stay with her and that she will be discharged tomorrow.
“Payal expresses concern about a potential issue, to which Krish urges her to avoid starting an argument and instead go home to rest. However, Payal insists on staying with her baby. Shortly after, Bindiya arrives and mentions wanting to light a diya in honor of Diwali. Despite Krish’s suggestion for Bindiya to rest, she is determined to conduct the ritual as thanks for being able to return home. She performs the ritual and offers aarti to everyone, including Pankaj, who greets her with a happy Diwali. Payal also joins in and wishes Bindiya a happy Diwali while admiring her bangles. Bindiya notices Payal’s bangles and asks where she got them from.”
