The episode begins with Prabha sternly warning Dhwani to stay away from Vedant, claiming that even her reflection shouldn’t fall on him. Confused and offended, Dhwani wonders who Prabha is and why she’s so possessive about Vedant despite not being a relative.
Meanwhile, Rudra finds an old photo of Prabha while searching for a file. He gets furious and rips the picture apart. Koel arrives and informs him that Baldev has called to match the kundalis. She adds that now they’ll know if Swara and Vedant are truly compatible for marriage. Rudra agrees. Koel silently judges Swara, calling her too simple and undeserving, and believes this marriage will go ahead only because of Swara’s lack of ambition.
Swara, Vedant, Shlok, and Naina arrive at Baldev’s house. Though Vedant hesitates, Baldev welcomes them warmly and insists they come inside and enjoy the kheer made by Swara.
In the kitchen, Indu insults Swara and her mother. She shames Swara for being a widow and mocks her lack of qualities. She claims that for Swara it’s a marriage, but for Shlok it’s just a compromise. Swara, holding back her pain, comes out and serves the kheer. Vedant compliments the taste, and everyone praises Swara’s cooking.
Just then, Rudra and Koel arrive with the shagun. Panditji is called for the kundali matching. Indu asks him sarcastically if marrying Naina would reduce her grandson’s lifespan. Panditji asks Swara and Vedant to stand before him and declares their match as perfect—like Ram and Sita—but warns that a Ravan is present. He cautions Swara to protect herself and Vedant from negative forces. As he says this, Dhwani walks in wearing a saree. Baldev questions her attire, and she covers it up by saying she was shooting a video.
Panditji finalizes 4th as the auspicious wedding date, with the engagement to happen before that. When Dhwani makes a sad face at Vedant, Vedant abruptly says he wants to speak. Baldev prompts him to go ahead, but Shlok intervenes, pretending Vedant wants to talk to him. Dhwani, annoyed, silently urges Vedant to break off the marriage quickly.
