As the episode opens, the kids, along with other kids, are dressed in Shiv and Parvati’s avatars, and Payal inquires as to what is going on. As Shiv and Parvati married during Maha Shivratri, Bindiya says we will get their marriage done during this puja, which is why these kids wore Shiv and Parvati avatars. She says this is a Bhajan mandali who will sing Bhajan, as Shiv and Parvati enjoy Bhajan.
Pandit Ji asks them to come to Baraati or Saraati, depending on how fast they are after puja. Payal and Sakshi go to Baraati. Bindiya goes to Saraati. Baldev, Indu, Baldev, and Amma go to Saraati. Payal takes Krish to the Baraati side. Sam asks someone to welcome Shiv there.
Sakshi is asked what is going on here. Sakshi tells Vikram that whatever happens here is unusual and that whatever Bindiya does is open and doesn’t hide. She tells Vikram that Sam and Bindiya have some chemistry and that Sam is good-looking, wealthy, etc. Bindiya could be trying to woo him, she says.
Bindiya approaches Samay and the boy. Samay teases Bindiya as she tries to do the boy’s tilak. Krish takes the boy in his hands. Bindiya applies tilak and does his aarti. She’s about to apply tilak to Krish when he asks him to pick him up. Bindiya applies tika to everyone. Krish arrives. Samay says you forgot to tilak him. Bindiya says she didn’t forget and was going to him anyway.
Samay informs Krish that Bindiya’s love for him seems to have faded. This angers Krish. Bindiya approaches him and attempts to perform the traditional tilak ceremony on him. He avoids her and heads to the house temple, determined to break Bindiya’s fast, which she had kept for Samay. He places some camphor in the diya, causing it to produce smoke. Bindiya starts coughing. Worried, Krish offers her water. Shanti is concerned that this may cause Bindiya to break her fast. However, Krish persistently encourages her to drink water and end her fast. Despite his insistence, Bindiya declines and leaves the room. Amma and Nidhi exchange smiles as they observe Krish’s obvious jealousy.
Krish tells Payal what happened. He asks Bindiya to drink water and break her fast. Bindiya refuses. He says that having broken your relationship with me, why keep relations with my family? According to Bindiya, her relationship with them is not because of him but because of humanity. She asks him to make Payal drink water since she can’t stand hunger and thirst.
Payal asks Krish what is happening. He says he brought water for her and gave it to her. Payal thinks she is Payal and not Bindiya, so he can’t fool her.
