The episode begins with Suman leaving her in her tempo. Teerth’s sister-in-law reads Suman Chaat. Teerth hears the message and goes to his mother. Her mother prays to God and asks him to bless her family. Bhumi’s teacher tells her that if she does not pay the fees, she cannot write her exams. Suman hopes to pay the fees but refuses to seek help from the teacher.
Teerth’s mother prays for him to find a suitable wife, while Suman declines marriage and expresses her desire for a fate like Bua’s. Malini reprimands her and insists that she has a fulfilling family life. Teerth’s father, Chandrakant Mittal, arrives and requests his wife, Gitanjali, to pray for Teerth to gain intelligence. She performs his ritual tilak. Chandrakant Mittal scolds Teerth for spending a large amount of money on entering politics and reminds him that he has already had his eyes tested. Teerth responds by stating that he has indeed undergone an eye exam before.
In an argument about politics, Suman pats her brother on the shoulder. When Suman gets dark circles, he says who will marry her. She asks him to leave politics. He says he’ll go when he dies. She pats his shoulder. Their mother ends the fight. Suman’s neighbours knock on her door.
Chandrakant discusses his journey and various businesses. He also shares that his son is struggling in the Sarafa bazaar. Teerth comments on the ease of his constituency and expresses his desire to become an MLA with enough votes. At this point, Chandrakant’s eldest son arrives. Remembering a past event, Chandrakant sadly says that his once hope has become a source of sadness. His son responds by mentioning how he finds solace in Saraswati. While Chandrakant reprimands his daughter Poorvi for her clothing choices, his other son enters the scene drunk, prompting him to throw a sandal at him. Just then, his daughter-in-law enters, and Chandrakant feels grateful to have a caring bahu like her. She then asks Teerth to handle a girl whose photo she had sent earlier.
A local shop owner informs Suman about Mittal Namkeen coming to the area and the CM’s inauguration. Chandrakant’s bahu tricks Gitanjali by taking the food tray from her and acting like she made it herself. Chandrakant scolds Gitanjali, and Teerth gets angry. Gitanjali makes Teerth poha, which he says is magical, made by Mom.
It was made by your Bhabhi. Teerth asks what you added to it. She says she will tell when the wife arrives. Suman prepares food to impress the CM. Teerth’s bhabhi asks him to teach a lesson to this girl, but he doesn’t see the picture. He tells her to take care of home, do gundagiri, and do business, but do not drag him into it. She thinks he will do it.
Once CM impresses him, Teerth tells Rishi he’ll get a ticket. Someone informs him that CM won’t be able to make it. Suman says he’ll be here, and we’ve prepared everything. Chandrakant, Gitanjali, and their bahu came there. Chandrakant says he’ll cut the ribbon if the CM doesn’t attend. A CM arrives with the police, at Suman’s Chaat Bhandar, and asks about Mittal Namkeen. Suman says it’s close and asks him to try her Chaat first. He takes the Chaat and tastes it.
Chandrakant insists on proceeding with the inauguration at the appropriate time. Teerth receives news that the CM took the wrong route and quickly goes to guide him back. The shopkeepers informed them that they didn’t pay their dues and left. Suman invites them to join in. Rishi spots Suman and wonders why she is present. Teerth sees her as a guest of the CM and discovers pictures of her on his phone. He instructs the guards to allow her entry, and she attempts to climb the barricade. In doing so, she accidentally falls onto him, causing flower petals to shower down on them as they share an intense gaze. As Dhadak Song plays in the background, Devika witnesses this and assumes Teerth planned to drug Suman again with a second dose after giving her the first one already.
