Sahiba tells Angad that she is proud to be the wife of Diljeet Singh Panesar and Akeer’s mother. Angad says he has heard this many times. Sahiba tells him to leave Ludhiana and find a highway at a distance. He says she doesn’t have the authority to order him. Sahiba thinks he shouldn’t be here, but she knows what he’s doing. Sahiba says it’s up to him whether to stay here. Sahiba says she won’t let him ruin her life again. Angad leaves.
She returns home. Diljeet asks if she went out at night and if all is well. Sahiba says she went to the Gurudwara to pray for Akeer because she felt restless. Diljeet asks if something is bothering her. During Akeer’s birth, a similar storm occurred, and she still sees it today. Diljeet said she struggled so much that night and that he had seen a strong-minded mother.
During Akeer’s birth, Panesar’s power went out, and even the doctor refused to visit his home. Sahiba got on his bike and headed towards the hospital when his bike broke down. He stopped passing cars and asked them to drop his wife off at the hospital, but they refused. A pulling cart was parked near Diljeet. He got Sahiba on it and then pulled the car to the hospital with great difficulty. Akeer was born soon thereafter.
After coming out of the flashback, Diljeet recalls how difficult it was for Sahiba during those seven days as she remained unconscious. He anxiously took care of both Sahiba and their child, Akeer. Remembering the ordeal, Sahiba acknowledges that she remembers everything clearly. Diljeet spent each day caring for Akeer and pleading with Sahiba to wake up and see her little prince. Finally, Sahiba opens her eyes, bringing immense joy to Diljeet, who urges her to look at their child. The doctor arrives to check on Sahiba and happily declares that she has recovered, all thanks to her husband’s diligent care while she is unconscious.
Diljeet reveals to Sahiba that he had lied about marrying her when speaking to Biji and Twinkle but reassures her that they can still be friends. He explains that he feels a paternal bond towards Akeer. Sahiba suggests that as an unmarried man, Diljeet should consider marrying someone and creating a better life, adding that they could still be good friends. However, Diljeet admits he is not concerned about his future and wants to take care of Akeer. Agreeing, Sahiba says he can fulfill the role of Akeer’s father. Returning to the present, Diljeet expresses his gratitude for the opportunity to be in Akeer’s life as her father. Remembering Angad, Sahiba is determined not to let him re-enter their lives and try to claim Akeer as his child.
She forgot that Sahiba already kicked her out of his life, and he fumes, thinking he won’t follow Sahiba’s instructions. Biji asks Sahiba what’s special today. Sahiba replies that Akeer wants festival food today. She touches Biji’s feet and takes her blessings. Sahiba says Akeer wants festival food today. Biji asks if she will visit the Gurudwara with Akeer today. Sahiba nods yes and hopes she will not see Angad there again.
