Sahiba’s vital signs begin to return to normal as Angad continues to serve at the gurudwara and prays for Simran’s and Sahiba’s successful surgeries. Simran’s transplant surgery is successfully completed and Brar is informed. The Brars hope Sahiba’s surgery will be successful as well. Sahiba’s condition starts to deteriorate again. The doctor becomes concerned for her. The team returns to the hospital with Angad.
Angad asks about Simran’s condition. The family informs him that Simran’s transplant was successful. Akaal says they don’t know anything about Sahiba. Nurse rushes out of OT and asks staff to bring O positive blood soon. Sahiba is fine, according to Angad. Nurse says that her condition is critical, and rushes to the OT. The nurse stops Angad from seeing Sahiba, but he insists.
Inder comforts Ajith and asks Angad to use his money to save Sahiba or else she will never forgive him.
As his daughter is safe, Ajith says this, but what about my daughter? Doctors come out and inform Sahiba that she has slipped into coma due to excessive blood loss. The family is shocked to hear this. Angad asks her to arrange blood then and move Sahiba to another hospital if necessary. Doctor says he only relies on God now. Angad breaks down and asks if he can meet Sahiba. Doctor says they can meet Simran after Sahiba is transferred to ICU, though.
Manveer tells him he can’t break down like this, but Angad breaks down on a bench. Manveer says she knows that Angad is worried for Sahiba, but he can’t break down like this. Angad asks how she can be so selfish; she is concerned for her child, but what about others? Angad asks her to stop lying since she has never liked Sahiba from the beginning and wouldn’t care if something happened to her.
Ajith and Santosh visit Sahiba in the ICU and ask her to wake up. Angad says Sahiba is a fighter and keeps her promises always, he promised him she would return safely from the surgery. As they walk away, Angad reminds Sahiba of her promises and their bonding. The ECG monitor for Sahiba goes blank. Sahiba’s ECG monitor goes blank. Angad calls the doctor and tries to wake him up. Doctor asks peons to take Angad away, and Sahiba receives defibrillator shocks. She informs Angad that his wife has passed away.

In spite of Sahiba’s death, Angad refuses to believe her, stops the wardboys from taking her body to the morgue, and sleeps beside her.
