Rumi begins the wedding rituals, accompanied by Sahiba who remembers Angad’s love and care for her. She believes that Rumi will witness the strength of a true sikhni today. Meanwhile, Angad notices the location of a plane crash and hopes to reach there soon to save Sahiba. At the police station, Veer, Pam, and Shamim are being pressured by the officers to reveal Angad’s whereabouts. Despite their threats, they claim to have no knowledge. Constable Balwant mentions that their tech team is currently searching their mobile phones for any clues. In the midst of this, Jaspal calls Veer and requests to speak to his father as he has the right to make one call. However, Balwant also threatens him. Inspector Gagan intervenes and instructs Balwant to allow Veer to speak on speaker phone so they can get any clues from Angad himself. Finally getting a chance to communicate with his father, Veer informs Jaspal that he is currently in lockup.
Angad’s family is concerned for him. Gurleen asks Jaspal if he has contacted Veer, but unfortunately, he hasn’t been able to get through. Jaspal then informs her that Veer, Pam, and Shamim have ended up in lockup while trying to help Angad. Japjot expresses her feeling of helplessness, seeing her children in trouble and all the wealth they have worked hard for going to waste. Just as the family is processing this information, Jasleen enters and announces that Angad cannot be saved now. She points out his wanted poster in the newspapers, stating how a man who was once celebrated as “Businessman of the Year” is now wanted by the police. Upon seeing Angad’s poster, the family is left shocked. Inder urges Manveer to join him in trying to save Angad’s reputation and they leave their home together. Meanwhile, Angad himself notices his wanted posters and angrily tears them down. Unfortunately, a man fixing posters nearby sees him and alerts an angry mob who then catch him and inform the police. Gagan and his team quickly head towards the location to apprehend Angad.
Rumi proceeds with the wedding rituals alongside Sahiba, telling his deceased mother that she is finally getting her desired Daughter-in-law. He urges Sahiba to join him in the pheras and takes out his sketch book, explaining how it symbolizes their journey together. Sahiba agrees with him and then destroys the book by tearing it apart and tossing it into the flames of the fire. Frantically, Rumi questions her actions. In response, Sahiba strikes him with a fire stick and firmly declares that she is now Angad’s wife and will not tolerate any more foolishness from Rumi. As Rumi falls to the ground in shock, he scrambles to find his gun. However, his clothing catches fire, causing him to become preoccupied with putting out the flames. Taking advantage of the situation, Sahiba quickly flees in order to save herself and Angad.
The mob apprehends Angad and awaits the arrival of the police. Upon hearing the siren from a nearby police jeep, they decide to turn Angad over to the authorities. However, he manages to break free and flee. Meanwhile, Rumi frantically calls out for Sahiba, mistaking her for someone else named Natasha, and asks if she is playing hide and seek with him. Sahiba desperately tries to escape from the jungle, praying for divine intervention to save her from her pursuer. As the mob closes in on Angad, a man who had helped him earlier at the gurudwara happens to pass by in his auto and offers to take him away in order to hand him over to the police. The kind man apologizes for his previous behavior towards Angad and explains that he had sold Angad’s golden kada (bracelet) in order to pay off his own debt. While driving his auto, he overheard police discussing that they were close to catching Angad near the school and decided to come rescue him. A grateful Angad thanks him for his selfless act.
