To sign the divorce papers, Manveer tells Seerat to leave Sahiba’s hand. Sahiba is about to sign the divorce papers and give her son freedom when Manveer asks her to sign the divorce papers. Sahiba takes the divorce papers and is about to sign them, but Seerat stops Sahiba, saying she wants to capture this moment on her phone. She gets out her phone. Hansraj comments on the relationship between Sahiba and Seerat. Prabjyot agrees with Hansraj’s comments.
Manveer requests Sahiba to sign the documents, but Akaal intervenes, telling her to hold on. Akaal reminds Manveer that forcing Sahiba to sign the divorce papers is not an option. Manveer questions why she can’t do it. Akaal reminds her that this situation involves Sahiba and Angad’s relationship. Manveer reminds Akaal that she is Angad’s mother. However, Akaal interjects, having learned from experience that parents should not dictate their children’s decisions, as what may seem right to them could be wrong from their children’s perspective. They should trust their children and let them make their own choices. Inder chimes in, regretfully stating that if they had realized this earlier, everyone would have been happy a long time ago. Turning to Sahiba, Akaal asks what she wants for her relationship with Angad. Sahiba responds by saying she wants to talk to Angad before making any decisions. Upon hearing this, Akaal asks Inder to call Angad over for a conversation.
Angad recalls what happened and decides to clear up misunderstandings between them. The electricity suddenly goes out in the Brar mansion. Jabjyot worries. Jasleen asks Jabjyot why she looks worried about the sudden power outage. Jabjyot says the electricity also went out last time when she was about to give the house over to Sahiba. She’s worried it’ll happen again.
Seerat decides to convince Angad to sign the divorce papers, but Angad notices that his phone’s battery is dead. Angad recalls how Jabjyot felt inauspicious the last time something like this happened.
Seerat enters Angad’s room and is seen by him from the back. Mistaking her for Sahiba, Angad immediately starts questioning why she left him after he confessed his feelings to her. He tells “Sahiba” that she always seems to be around when he’s in danger, but why does she act like a rock when it comes to his feelings? Suddenly, the lights turn on and Angad realizes it is Seerat and not Sahiba. He asks Seerat why she didn’t clarify her identity earlier. Seerat explains that she was about to tell him and then excuses herself, saying she will go call Sahiba.
As Angad catches sight of Seerat’s figure from behind, he immediately realizes the truth. Walking towards her, he delicately inquires if she was the one who confessed her emotions to Jabjyot instead of Sahiba. Seerat responds affirmatively and promises to clarify the situation. Insisting that it be done in front of everyone, Angad is interrupted by a call from Inder, but his phone appears to be turned off. Concerned, Sahiba takes it upon herself to approach Angad and address the matter. With Seerat in tow, Angad escorts her into the living room. Confused, Sahiba demands an explanation for bringing Seerat along in such a manner.
