Udne Ki Aasha 20th September 2024 Written Update begins with Sachin standing helplessly outside the ICU, deeply worried for his ailing father, Paresh. The senior doctor arrives and assures them he will first examine Paresh’s condition. Sachin explains that Paresh had no prior history of heart trouble—he walked regularly and took good care of his health.
Meanwhile, Sayali prays tearfully at the temple for Paresh’s recovery. Shubha and Juhi witness her emotional breakdown and worry about her state.
Back at the hospital, the doctor delivers serious news. He tells the family that Paresh has a blocked artery and needs urgent angioplasty. “We need to perform the surgery today,” he says, “or he may suffer a major heart attack.” The family is shocked and anxious.
When Roshni asks about the cost, the doctor informs them that the surgery will cost ₹4 lakhs. The entire family is stunned. Sachin pleads with the doctor to save his father at any cost, but the doctor insists on advance payment before proceeding, as the heart surgeon is flying out soon and won’t be available for another four days.
Renu, distraught, says they have no savings, and currently, only Sachin and Roshni are earning. Tejas and Roshni admit they don’t have the funds either. Meanwhile, Sayali tells Shubha how Renu didn’t allow her to meet Paresh and even blamed her for his condition.
Kishor arrives to comfort Sachin and urges him to stay strong. Sayali continues praying fervently for Paresh. As Paresh’s condition worsens again, the doctor warns them not to delay the surgery. Tension mounts as the family scrambles to find a solution.
Tejas suggests taking help from Roshni’s father, but she reveals he’s unreachable, falsely claiming he is unwell and out of the country. Sachin senses she’s lying but remains silent. When all options fail, Roshni suggests mortgaging the house to raise the money. Sachin is shocked at the idea.
