She says you slept on the floor. The neighbor took the mat, so I took my Azoba’s dhoti, and I slept on the floor, missing Azoba. I was at peace.
You’re just like your dad, donkey, Aaji says. She asks him to come. He says he would like to sleep more. Can I wear this dhoti? I miss Azoba. She holds her head. She asks what to do with this fool. Her response entails wishing for happiness and prosperity for everyone. However, Sachin humbly admits that he did not ask for anything as he is content with having his Aaji, dad, a taxi, and food prepared by Sayali. He assures her that he does not need anything else and encourages her to be grateful for all she already has in life.
