The Episode opens with Akshara comforting Jyoti and advising her to stay calm. Aarohi and Mahima join them. Aarohi inquires about Abhi’s whereabouts, to which Akshara shakes her head no. Expressing concern, Aarohi mentions how the surgery is a delicate one and Abhi should have been there. In response, Akshara reassures that she will pray for Jyoti’s well-being. The man present expresses his worry for Jyoti’s condition, but Akshara quickly interjects with a positive thought that everything will be fine. Turning to Kanha ji in prayer, she thanks him as Abhimanyu enters the scene. Her face lights up with gratitude and she thanks Kanha ji once again. Apologizing for neglecting his duties briefly, Abhimanyu promises to not make any mistakes from now on and assures Akshara that her daughter is in safe hands. The man also expresses his gratitude towards him while Akshara notices the broken nameplate nearby.
Kairav and Muskaan enter a café, where she expresses her belief that having coffee together will solve all problems. However, Kairav then shows her a video of Pallavi’s boyfriend proposing and clarifies that they are simply colleagues and she is content in both her personal and professional life. Feeling remorseful, Muskaan apologizes. Kairav also shares how he never doubted her when the same guy sent them the video, but now feels like he’s carrying their marriage on his own. He leaves, leaving her in tears. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu emerges from the operating theater and is asked about their daughter’s condition. He reassures them by saying that the surgery was successful and asks them not to worry.
She says Abhimanyu, you have night duty today, come on time. We’ll explain post-operative care to you. Mahima says some time will be needed for recovery. Akshara tells him to get a new one, this one broke. Abhimanyu says no, you saved it, I will always keep this, it will remind me of my medical days. She jokes. She gives him a chocolate. She says you refused to meet Maa. He says I think I’m ready for her, will you help me? She replies yes.
Dadi protects Akshara from any ill luck, assuring her that everyone looks stunning. Kairav also praises Dadi’s appearance. Akshara mentions that Manjiri appreciates these types of events and suggests they hold a Ganpati Sthapana in the Birla house. Manish invites Surekha to join if she is ready. Surekha arrives and explains she was getting her buddy ji ready. Abhir then enters the room to much admiration and embraces from everyone. As Kairav remarks, “Abhir, your doctor will surely be impressed”. Surekha then asks about Muskaan’s presence, wondering if she will be attending as well. Muskaan apologizes for her past mistake of doubting Kairav’s character, attributing it to the fear of losing someone dear after Abhinav’s passing. However, she now recognizes the importance of this family and begs for another chance to make things right with Kairav.
Muskaan says you all are Abhinav’s blessing to me, and I will try not to make mistakes. Akshara says you said this in front of everyone and proved you loved us. Mahima brings Manjiri to the family and reassures her that she is among loved ones. Abhimanyu steps away briefly, while Ruhi reminds everyone that the decoration still needs to be completed. Shefali informs them that the children are from an orphanage. Abhimanyu then mentions that Jyoti’s mother wants to send prasad. Parth suggests taking the kids to Shivu, and Manjiri calls out to Abhi as he leaves. She questions why he keeps avoiding her, and he admits his guilt for not being able to protect her when she needed it. She responds by saying that a mother and son protect each other, and although he was injured in the process, she is grateful for his attempt. However, Abhimanyu says there is still fear in her, which needs to be faced head on. He asks her to join him in performing aarti together today.
Abhir summons Dida, and Akshara along with everyone else arrives. They warmly welcome Manjiri. As they inquire about her health, Manish asks if she is feeling better. Suvarna then asks if she still experiences weakness. With a slight nod, Manjiri assures them that she is fine. Abhimanyu excuses himself from the conversation, while Akshara mentions that Jyoti’s mother has sent some prasad for them. Aarohi clarifies that she did not make any prasad. Akshara notices Abhimanyu struggling to fit a cap and playfully teases him. He explains that the cap is small and faulty, to which she offers her assistance. As she helps him put it on, he closes his eyes and reminisces about their past together. After teasing him once again, Akshara reminds him that it’s not the cap’s fault but his own and urges him to say thank you. Embarrassed, he apologizes before leaving the room deep in thought about why he can’t seem to let go of their shared history and jeopardize their present set up.
Abhir and Ruhi get into an argument, resulting in Ruhi snatching his cap and running. In the midst of this, they accidentally bump into Aarohi, causing her to drop the prasad plate. Akshara remarks that the laddoos are now ruined and suggests scolding Abhir for his part in the chaos. However, Aarohi quickly defends Ruhi’s actions, claiming her to be clever. Abhimanyu interjects, stating that it was all just an accident and takes responsibility by making the children apologize. Suvarna tells everyone to forget about it and focus on welcoming their guests with sweets. Shefali raises a concern about not having enough time to make more prasad. Kairav suggests asking Akshara to call and ask for the recipe from someone else. However, Akshara disagrees with this idea. Suvarna then asks for suggestions on what to do next, leaving Akshara deep in thought.
