The episode begins with Dadi reprimanding Sanjay for hiding Madhav’s accident. She expresses her disappointment, saying his deceit could have ruined her life, family, and business. She refuses to forgive him, regretting the trust she placed in him. Vidya tries to console Dadi, but she hands her the house keys, realizing she had been living under an illusion.
Meanwhile, Armaan tells Abhira that Dadisa never loved him. Dadi, furious, curses Abhira and leaves in her car. Abhira, in tears, runs behind her. Madhav instructs Manoj to follow Maasa, and Manoj, along with Krish, rushes after her. While driving, Dadi reflects on her loneliness, blaming Abhira for her losses. As she struggles with her emotions, Sanjay accuses Abhira and Armaan of being responsible for the family’s downfall. Vidya urges him to remain silent.
Suddenly, Dadi experiences a heart attack, losing control of her car and crashing into a tree. Ruhi, passing by, spots her and rushes to help. She calls for a driver and takes Dadi to the hospital. Meanwhile, Abhira insists that Armaan must come along, reminding him that though he is hurt, Dadisa is suffering too.
Ruhi contacts Armaan, informing him about the accident and urging him to come quickly. At the hospital, everyone gathers anxiously. Abhira asks Ruhi how it happened, and Ruhi explains that Dadi suffered a heart attack while driving. The doctor reassures them it was a mild attack and credits Ruhi for bringing her in on time. Madhav and Kajal express their gratitude to Ruhi, and Kajal acknowledges her efforts as a dutiful daughter-in-law.
However, tensions escalate when Kajal blames Armaan for Dadi’s condition, saying that his decision to bring Abhira home forced Dadi to leave. This sparks an argument among the family members, with Manisha and Manoj defending Armaan while Kajal insists he is at fault.
Ruhi then confronts Abhira, accusing her of being selfish in love and responsible for the family’s turmoil. She claims that Abhira’s actions have only caused pain for Armaan and Dadi. Abhira is deeply hurt and recalls her moments with Armaan. Later, Abhira and Armaan find solace in each other’s presence, comforting one another.
As the family persuades Dadi to return home, she refuses outright, declaring that she will not stay in the same house as Abhira. Madhav argues that she has no reason to hold grudges against Abhira, but Dadi stands firm, saying either she or Abhira will stay in the house—not both.
Armaan, disheartened, drinks coffee, but Abhira stops him from drinking it while it’s still hot. He expresses his frustration, stating that their happiness is being consumed by conflicts and that Dadi will never accept their relationship. He insists they should get married, but Abhira, recalling Dadi’s harsh words, refuses. Shocked, Armaan asks her what she means.
