Abhira apologizes for not taking his advice earlier, adding that she and Armaan have divorced because they no longer love each other. Manish insists that he has witnessed their love and cannot be mistaken. She disagrees, pointing out that she has also seen relationships break apart due to a lack of value and respect. She admits to only having had a close relationship with her mother, which this experience has now tainted. Manish can sense the pain in her voice and question if she can live without Armaan and his family. Abhira confesses that although she feels fine, she knows their relationship was doomed from the start. She is not foolish enough to continue loving him; she is determined to forget about Armaan altogether.

Manish wakes from his dream and realizes he cannot allow them to tie the knot. Meanwhile, Abhira places the beads in the temple and prays before calling off the marriage ceremony.
