Abhimanyu refuses to give the file to Akshara. She says he isn’t Abhir’s doctor, so he has no right over his son. Abhimanyu replies that he is Abhir’s father as well. Abhimanyu asks Akshara why she didn’t speak about Abhir despite knowing his relationship with Harshvardhan.
As one of the twins survived, Abhimanyu says he was experiencing an uncalled attachment and was surviving alone wondering why he felt connected to Abhir. Akshara is accused of concealing Abhir’s truth from him. Akshara is accused of snatching Abhir’s rights from him. He accuses Akshara of vengeance by hiding Abhir from him.
Akshara accuses Abhimanyu of knowingly taking Abhir away, despite being aware of the truth. In response, Abhimanyu questions whether Akshara ever considered revealing the truth to him, given Abhir’s traumatic past.
Akshara leaves Abhimanyu stunned with her declaration that she has no reason to disclose the truth. She explains that she never had the intention to reveal it, as she believed he lacked the courage to confront the truth. However, she now declares her willingness to reveal it, questioning whether he will be able to handle it. In response, Abhimanyu urges Akshara to speak up and reveal the truth.
Abhir is Abhimanyu’s son, but Akshara says he cannot be his father. Abhimanyu asks the reason. Akshara responds that being a father is a long journey and he failed. She adds that the pain he felt that day became greater than hers as well. Abhimanyu accuses Akshara of Neil and the death of their baby.
Abhimanyu is told by Akshara that he doesn’t have a right to know the truth. She tells him that she called him numerous times, but he ignored her and broke their relationship.
During Abhimanyu’s crucial time, Akshara reveals to him how Abhinav helped her and Abhir. She explains to Abhimanyu that only Abhinav has the right to be called Abhir’s father. The file is taken away from Abhimanyu by Akshara, who says she has given Abhinav all the right to become Abhir’s father.
Abhimanyu says to Akshara that she is right, but she still cannot take away his right to Abhir. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she has taken the decision to take Abhir and Abhinav to the US and the decision remains the same. Abhimanyu believes Akshara is robbing him of his right. He imagines Abhir everywhere and breaks down.
