The episode begins with Akshara and the rest of the family eagerly awaiting Abhinav’s arrival. She reaches out to him via phone, prompting Manish to ask if everything is alright between them. Unsure of the situation, Akshara expresses concern over Abhinav’s apparent tension. Inquiring about their father’s whereabouts, Abhir asks if he will arrive once the lights are back on. Putting his brother at ease, Abhimanyu assures him that their dad will bring the lights along. However, Surekha worries that they may miss the auspicious marriage timing while waiting for him. Manish adds that he was already worried about everything going smoothly, and now with the lights gone as well, it reminds him of Suvarna and his own wedding which took a long time to happen due to similar reasons. Dadi finds this amusing and reassures them not to worry about it being a good omen for their upcoming nuptials. Kairav smiles as Akshara makes another attempt to reach out to Abhinav via phone call. Similarly concerned like his brother, Abhimanyu also starts to worry about their dad’s delay in arriving for the ceremony.
Abhinav remembers Abhir and Abhimanyu as he walks on the road. He says Abhir did not let me feel anything, he was suffering, I didn’t see it, Manjiri was right, Abhimanyu gave him a new life, he loves him a lot, so I have no right to Akshara, because they’re not my family, but Abhir’s family. Akshara calls him out and asks him if he’ll be back. Abhimanyu says Sharma ji has been talking to the electricity department, and he’s coming. He messages Abhinav.
Aarohi looks at him and thinks he is worried. She goes to Manish and Suvarna. Manish asks what, Manjiri told Abhinav a big thing. Aarohi says she’s afraid of Abhinav leaving because of this, Abhimanyu didn’t call him, it was fake. Manish gets angry. He says we have to answer Manjiri. Suvarna says don’t do this, think about Kairav and Muskaan, we’ll talk to Manjiri after marriage. Manish says until I am alive, I won’t let anyone ruin Akshara and Abhinav’s relationship.
Akshara asks for an explanation, stating that they cannot leave until she is told the reason. Abhimanyu reassures her by saying that Abhinav will arrive soon. Meanwhile, Abhinav believes that everyone has moved on from the issue. He hesitates to speak and starts with “actually,” but before he can continue, Akshara’s phone rings. She urges him to continue speaking while she attends the call. He answers the call, which turns out to be from Muskaan. She informs him that they both have to perform her kanyadaan and asks them to come quickly. Abhinav confirms their presence and ends the call. He suggests they leave now and talk later, but Akshara insists on discussing it immediately. However, he reminds her of their obligation and shares his concern about the powercut causing inconvenience to guests sitting in darkness at the venue.
Akshara had previously mentioned that she would understand if I were to lie, but as someone in a trusted relationship, don’t I have the right to help you solve your problem? However, I do not want to force you into anything. Our bond gives us the courage to confide in each other. So what are your thoughts now? Abhinav then asks Akshara if there is something she needs to tell him. She responds with a yes, explaining that she wants to be honest and not conceal anything from him. She requests for some time before sharing everything after Muskaan’s bidaai. Abhimanyu becomes anxious. Muskaan informs them that Abhinav said they were on their way home. Shortly after, Abhinav and Akshara arrive at the house together.
As the lights come on, Abhir excitedly announces that their dad has arrived. Abhinav apologizes for causing a power outage and assures everyone that he has fixed the problem. Dadi kindly brushes off the incident while Neela invites them to take their seats for the kanyadaan ceremony. Akshara and Abhinav both sit down as instructed by the Pandit, who then proceeds to ask them to hold hands. Lost in thought, Akshara catches Abhimanyu’s concerns about her interaction with Abhinav, while Aarohi wonders if there was a fight between the couple. After confirming that they are married, the Pandit grants them permission to sit closer together. With Manish noticing Manjiri’s presence and getting visibly anxious, he hands over a coconut to Kairav but accidentally drops it. In a quick reflex, Akshara and Abhinav manage to catch it before it falls.
