The Episode begins with Prashant aiming his gun at Akshara, who then pushes him away. She quickly instructs Abhir to enter the room and lock the door behind him. Despite Prashant’s pleas to open the door, Akshara stands her ground and refuses to comply. Abhir, fearing for everyone’s safety, informs Rohan that Akshara is in danger and needs to be rescued. Meanwhile, Mahima catches sight of Abhimanyu and he immediately checks on her well-being. He urges Akshara to let the police handle the situation as she continues to confront Prashant about his actions. As Manish and Aarohi finally break down the locked door, they are greeted by a chaotic scene outside as people flee from danger. In an effort to protect Abhir, Akshara lies and claims that Abhimanyu loves her the most out of anyone because she is his wife. This revelation leaves Abhimanyu visibly distraught as she boldly declares that if it means sparing Abhir from pain, she is willing to sacrifice her own life for his sake.
As Prashant bids farewell, Mrs. Abhimanyu Birla enters. Abhimanyu interrupts and reassures him of his presence, urging him not to harm his family. Prashant challenges him, questioning his affection for his own kin. Abhimanyu responds by acknowledging the desire to do everything for one’s child, but warns against acting impulsively in anger. He reminds Prashant of being a doctor and the MD of their hospital, assuring him of doing everything possible for his son’s well-being. However, Prashant lashes out in disbelief and is met with Anand opening the door for the police. Abhimanyu pleads with him to consider the consequences of punishing his son and making a decision in anger that will later be regretted. Mahima guides the police towards their destination.
Abhimanyu reassures, “Trust me, I don’t want you to regret anything. Every father strives to show strength and be a positive influence. Please, think about it.” He adds with conviction, “As a father myself, I promise you that I will do everything in my power to keep your son safe.” Just then, the police arrive on the scene and the inspector berates Prashant. In anger, Prashant accuses Abhimanyu of lying. However, Abhimanyu quickly shields Akshara from harm when Prashant aims a gun at them. Fortunately, the inspector is able to disarm Prashant and a sense of relief washes over Akshara when she sees Abhimanyu unharmed. She rushes out of the room as soon as the door opens and is greeted by Abhir who embraces them both. Together they make their way out of the building. Meanwhile, Manjiri urges everyone to go inside and look for her son while Mahima asks Rohan if he has seen Parth anywhere. Eventually, Abhimanyu, Akshara and Abhir emerge from the building.
Manjiri embraces Abhimanyu and Akshara. Dadi hugs Akshara. Manish hugs Abhir and asks him if he is okay. Manjiri says I have prayed and I will light 101 diyas in the temple. Dadi says yes, I will make sweets for Chadava. Mahima says she’s so proud of him, he’s very brave. Akshara says you’re our courage, thanks for saving Abhir. Mahima hugs her. Abhimanyu stops the inspector. He says Prashant is already getting punished, so leave him alone. Kairav asks what, this man tried to kill you three.
Abhimanyu explains that his actions were in the best interest of his son. There will be no legal repercussions for him, as he requires guidance, not punishment. It would be beneficial for him to remain here for a few days and receive treatment from the psychiatric department. The inspector reprimands Prashant, who immediately apologizes and expresses gratitude. Abhimanyu reminds Prashant that thanks should only be given once his promise is fulfilled and his son is healthy again. After treating Prashant’s son, Abhimanyu shares good news that the boy is now well. Prashant thanks him and apologizes again. Abhimanyu informs him that he can see his son after some time has passed. Mahima inquires about the boy’s response and the nature of his condition. Abhimanyu reveals it was Parth who needed help.
As they return home, Abhimanyu berates Parth for his actions. Accusing him of jeopardizing the lives of patients in exchange for money, Abhimanyu’s anger is evident. However, Parth defends himself by claiming he was unaware of the expired cylinders. This leads to a heated argument between the two. The situation escalates when Anand intervenes and slaps Parth. Condemning Parth’s actions, he questions whether he is willing to kill others for financial gain. Aarohi also expresses her disappointment in Parth’s crime and declares their support for filing a FIR against him and taking responsibility for any losses. Shefali joins in to scold Parth as well. Despite the backlash, Parth remains adamant about the importance of money and how it earns respect. He even admits to already asking for his share from the illegal deal. In response, Manjiri advises him to take his share and put an end to this matter.
Abhimanyu warns Parth of Mahadev’s punishment and instructs him to leave the house. Surprised, Parth questions if Abhimanyu has the authority to make such a decision as he is only the hospital’s MD, not in charge of the house. However, before Abhimanyu can respond, Mahima enters and also demands that Parth leave. She clarifies that she holds power in the hospital while Manjiri is in charge at home. Together, they will remove Parth from both places and he should exit immediately or face the police. Adding to this, Mahima reveals that she has covered up many of Parth’s mistakes but can no longer tolerate his actions. Shivu does not deserve to be exposed to his negative influence. Handing Parth’s bag over, Shefali silently signals for him to leave. Frustrated by this turn of events and blaming Abhimanyu for instigating it all, Parth protests but ultimately obeys as Abhimanyu firmly shuts the door behind him.
Abhir approaches Akshara and mentions, “You were thinking about docman, right? I was frightened at the thought that you too would become a star like Papa. Thankfully, docman saved you.” Akshara walks away. Manish questions, “Are you avoiding the truth or running away from your son? He knows the truth and so do you. Abhimanyu is perfect for you.” Suvarna agrees, stating, “I also believe this now. When you and Abhir were alone, Abhimanyu came to your rescue and protected you.” Kairav adds, “Abhimanyu can take on the role of a life partner for you. He deserves you.” Muskaan appears worried.
