The Episode begins with Abhir expressing concern for Abhimanyu to Ruhi. She reassures him that they are all there for their friend. To cheer Abhimanyu up, she suggests making a card and writing down his feelings. Abhir agrees, saying it’s a great idea. As he works on the card, Manjiri asks Rohan about Abhimanyu’s whereabouts. Rohan replies that he doesn’t know where he is. Aarohi intervenes, asking for a chance to help find their friend. Manjiri suggests checking the cabin or the children’s ward. However, Rohan eventually finds Abhimanyu sleeping on a stretcher and reports back to Manjiri. She immediately asks about his well-being and insists on checking him herself while crying with relief and worry at the same time.
Aarohi urges Abhimanyu to stay by her side, and he reassures her that he won’t leave Sir alone during this time. He then covers Abhimanyu with a blanket. Meanwhile, Muskaan is torn between going to Mumbai or staying at the office. Manish encourages her to make a decision soon, while Suwarna advises her to take the opportunity for her career. Muskaan expresses her desire to go and secure a promotion. Akshara agrees with her decision and congratulates her, while Abhinav and Akshara embrace Muskaan and ask her to make them proud. Kairav becomes sad, but Abhinav notices and everyone gives their blessings to Muskaan. Surekha taunts Muskaan but also congratulates her. Kairav offers to help find a house for Muskaan when she moves. In the morning, Abhimanyu wakes up and prepares for his scheduled surgeries.
Rohan is concerned as Anand and Aarohi arrive. He urges Abhimanyu to go home while Aarohi reviews his work. However, Aarohi reminds him that their work impacts people’s lives and advises him to prioritize his patients and get some rest before returning. Abhimanyu insists on just getting a cup of coffee, but Anand notices that he is not doing well and suggests taking some time off. Abhimanyu insists that he needs to work and seems to dismiss the importance of his family, but Aarohi reminds him of their significance and encourages him to go home. Despite their attempts, Abhimanyu refuses and goes to a café instead. On the other hand, Abhir drinks milk and prepares to apologize to the doctor at Docman’s office. Akshara offers to take him there and expresses her concern for Abhimanyu’s well-being.
Abhimanyu observes a man talking on the phone and deceiving his son. He expresses disapproval of lying to one’s child. The man is taken aback and Abhimanyu asserts that his own son left him despite his best efforts to keep him happy. The man comments on the situation and Abhimanyu shares that a mother’s love triumphs over a father’s, as she is the one who gives birth. A waiter offers to drop him somewhere, but Abhimanyu declines and leaves. He walks along the road, drinking from a bottle. Meanwhile, Akshara gets ready at home when suddenly a window pane shatters, causing her concern. Apologizing for not being able to be a good father, Abhimanyu falls onto the road and drops the wine bottle which gets run over by a car. Akshara prays while Abhimanyu lies happily on the ground. Suddenly, a truck comes towards him as he closes his eyes in anticipation of impact. At Birla house, Akshara, Abhir and Abhinav arrive and the latter notices that she seems hesitant to enter. He signals her and Manjiri pleads for someone to save Abhimanyu
As Akshara approached, Manjiri quickly turned to her. Meanwhile, Abhir discreetly concealed the card. Noticing Abhir’s odd behavior, Akshara inquired about Abhimanyu’s whereabouts. Aarohi then attempted to persuade Abhimanyu to take his prescribed medication and rest. However, he refused, claiming that he was fine and had consumed alcohol instead. Abhir chimed in with “Docman,” causing Abhimanyu to smile fondly at his friend’s nickname for him. Delusional from the effects of alcohol, Abhimanyu continued to see his deceased parents beside him as Anand and Parth held him up. Expressing concern for his son, he pleaded with them not to bring him back to reality or else he would be unable to see his child again. Tearfully watching on, Akshara cried while Abhinav tried to support Abhimanyu emotionally.
Abhimanyu says come in reality, don’t come in dream, I won’t talk, okay. He leaves. Manjiri cries. Akshara and Abhinav try to help. Manjiri says Akshara can only give pain, not lessen it. Akshara says try to understand, we can’t be happy if Abhimanyu isn’t okay. Abhinav says, if we can’t see Abhimanyu’s pain in Abhir’s eyes, then we can lessen his pain. Abhir wipes Manjiri and asks her to agree. She leaves.
