The Episode opens with Abhimanyu revealing himself as Abhir’s biological father. This triggers Ruhi’s thoughts of Abhir, who then confirms that Abhimanyu is Ruhi’s grandfather. Akshara assures that they are willing to answer any questions about their past. Abhinav informs that Akshara was previously married and confesses that they didn’t divulge this information earlier. Meanwhile, a frustrated Abhir realizes that even the doctor who signed their adoption papers knew about this secret but kept it from him. He expresses his anger and throws things around, causing Ruhi to ask if Akshara was also previously married. Abhimanyu answers with a nod and confirms the dissolution of their marriage as well.
Abhir expresses his frustration that Kairav and Muskaan also kept information from him. Abhinav requests to be heard. Abhir feels betrayed by their deception. Akshara reassures him of her availability through video calls. Abhir directs his anger towards Docman for withholding information from him, wondering if all adults lie to children. Manish believes only Akshara and Abhinav can handle the situation now. Akshara encourages Abhir to have a good time at the event. However, Abhir remains stubborn about attending without his parents present, questioning why he was not consulted or given a say in the matter. The song “Tujhse naraaz” plays as Dadi and everyone console him with hugs.
You are a good boy, says Abhinav. I won’t go. Abhir says you’re bad, I won’t. Akshara says Abhimanyu’s hospital is here, he can’t go there. Abhir says my school and everything are there. Muskaan says I’m here too. You got married, so Abhir says you’re here, why should I stay here, I don’t want to stay with Docman, if anyone forces me, I’ll leave the house and never return.
As Abhir hugs the family picture, everyone in the room is overcome with emotion. Abhimanyu kindly reassures him, “If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. Are you feeling angry? Please tell me.” Ruhi acknowledges her conflicting feelings, “I’m not sure if I’m angry or happy. What I do know is that Abhir won’t be happy here. He loves his parents more than anything and he will never leave them.” Manjiri shares her worries and Abhir continues to cry. Manish intervenes by taking Abhimanyu’s locket and offering words of comfort, “Your mom and dad love you very much, but they unfortunately had to make this decision. When you miss them, hold onto this locket and it will remind you that they are always with you.” Finally, Abhir expresses his desire to not go to the doctor and rather have his picture sent instead. Akshara and Abhinav observe the situation with concern.
Abhir mentions that he will be leaving for Kasauli with his parents and does not want to stay here. As a result, Manish leaves while expressing how he attempted to explain it to him. Akshara inquires about how they will handle the situation. Abhinav responds by stating that there is a solution but it may be challenging. Manjiri expresses her concern since it is already late, but Abhimanyu reassures her not to worry. She reminds him of what happened last time when they took Abhir to Kasauli and questions how they will manage if Abhir resists their decision. She fears that his biological parents may manipulate him into staying with them. However, Abhimanyu assures her that this won’t happen and she shouldn’t stop him from trying to bring Abhir back home.
Abhir hears Akshara and Abhinav talk. They cry and act. She says we lost all our savings that we earned in six years. Abhinav says Abhimanyu performed his surgery, if it happens again, Abhimanyu will handle it, otherwise we may have to sell. As Akshara explains, if I clear exams, I’ll be busy, so if Abhir is with Abhimanyu, I can at least focus on work. Abhir drops a water bottle. Akshara says Abhir has to agree; I thought he was sensible, but he is adamant. They cry together.
Kairav has informed us that our lawyer plans to appeal in the high court, however, the hearing won’t be scheduled for another 6-7 months. The entire case may take a year. Suwarna inquires about our next steps. Manish replies that we have no choice but to wait. Surekha agrees and adds that there are no other options available. Muskaan suggests talking to Abhimanyu since he used to consider her as his sister. However, Manish points out that while Abhimanyu may agree, Manjiri won’t. Abhimanyu checks the time and hears a car approaching. He looks outside and sees Manjiri getting ready to leave in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, Akshara tries calling out to Abhir, but he ignores her and leaves. Abhinav remarks that their plan was successful in breaking his heart, leaving Akshara wondering why they are facing such struggles. This causes Abhinav to become upset as they discuss their unfortunate situation.
