As the episode commences, Abhira is shown tending to her bandage. Armaan then arrives and graciously takes care of her. Meanwhile, Manisha encourages Dadi to have something to eat. In light of Abhira’s return, Vidya expresses feelings of humiliation. Ruhi chimes in, stating that they are not feeling hungry due to the heat. However, she offers to make Shikanji for everyone. Suddenly, the sound of music catches Abhira’s attention, and she starts dancing. Hushing Ruhi, Abhira greets everyone and proudly announces that she has also made Shikanji for them. She playfully questions if anyone suspects her adding anything to the drink before taking a sip. Exclaiming her vitality, Abhira eagerly serves the refreshing beverage to her loved ones.
She throws the glass and scolds Dadi, who gets angry. She says she hates him. She leaves. Ruhi says you thought you would misbehave and they would get the lemon water from your hand, but this isn’t your family to forgive you. Dadi calls Sanjay and says she can’t wait now. Ruhi says the chimney is being serviced. Abhira says move, and I have to cook.
Ruhi stops her from going to the kitchen. They argue. Ruhi says we’ll play rock, paper, scissors to decide about the kitchen. Abhira agrees. It’s a game. Ruhi says I won, so I have no entry into the kitchen now. She prepares the food outside the house on a stove. She meets the kids from the NGO. She says, “I’m back, let’s have a kachori party.” Armaan and everyone watch. Abhira feeds the kids. Dadi signs Sanjay.
Armaan smiles. Abhira sees him smiling. She gives Armaan the smiley kachori. She gives it to him. Dadi calls him out and says I need to speak. He sees the divorce papers. Everyone dances with the kids. Abhira tries to make Charu smile. Dadi says I can’t tolerate Abhira now. Armaan says Dad won’t accept this. She says she has troubled us. We got her home, so giving her divorce papers is not correct. She says no. She insults us every day. He says we can wait until she recovers.
She is making kachori for kids. Sanjay says she is fine. Armaan says I need some time to think. Abhira sees Vidya and goes to hold her hand. Vidya says leave my hand. Abhira apologizes and holds her hand again. She says you have to end the matter, only then can you move on, the time when dad made a mistake, you have stopped that time. Vidya asks how dare you say this to me. Abhira says leave anger and hold dad’s hand, he believes you don’t value his relationship.

Defending herself, Abhira says she is not attacking his mother’s pride; instead, he is concerned about fixing the situation because he wants to handle everything himself. Demanding an explanation, he asks who she thinks she is. Calmly responding with “I am their daughter,” Abhira and Armaan continue to argue. She reminds him that as his wife and this household’s daughter-in-law, she can voice her opinion on family matters. But without hesitation, he snatches this right from her and presents her with divorce papers. Abhira can only watch in tears as their marriage comes crashing down before her eyes.
