The Episode begins with Akshu and Abhi preparing for the wedding. As “Hamari banno pyaari” plays in the background, Abhir compliments Abhi while Ruhi wards off any bad luck for Akshu. In return, Ruhi receives a compliment from Akshu. Abhir also protects Abhi from any bad omen and urges him to join the festivities. Ruhi ensures that every moment is made special for them and everyone around smiles. However, Akshu suddenly feels dizzy and stumbles but is caught by Aarohi. Suvarna reminds Akshu to be careful while Aarohi scolds Ruhi for not being cautious enough. But Akshu defends Ruhi and tells Aarohi not to worry so much. As they hear the sound of the baraat approaching, Ruhi rushes to have a look while Manish asks Suvarna to come along with him.
Suvarna tells us to welcome the baraat and then take Akshu to the room. Aarohi requests Akshu to sit down, assuring her that she doesn’t have to leave. Akshu encourages Aarohi to go and greet the guests, jokingly suggesting that she could adopt her as a mother since she’s always scolding her. Despite being happy about her family’s arrival, Muskaan is feeling a bit melancholic. Meanwhile, Abhi brings in the baraat with the song “Balika tumhare sapno ka” playing in the background. Akshu watches on as everyone dances joyfully, but then turns away. Abhi notices Akshu is not there and recalls seeing her at the window earlier. In a private moment, Akshu takes Abhinav’s picture and expresses how she shares everything with him and how some good habits should never change. She talks about Abhir’s desire for a normal family with his parents together, which she wants to give him.
She asks Abhinav how everyone is doing and notices their happiness. She mentions that even Abhi appears to be happy. He then notices the wedding board. Akshu is seen talking to Abhinav’s picture while crying. She proclaims that she will not change her habits but will make changes for the sake of Abhir, Abhi, and herself. She admits that she may not know how to love like Abhi, but she is willing to learn from him. She promises not to impede any opportunity for happiness and believes that he is always by her side, as they have each other’s back. Suvarna performs aarti for Abhi and attempts to pull his ear, but Manjiri and Shefali intervene, preventing her from pulling his nose. Abhi expresses gratitude towards Suvarna for giving him another chance, admitting it as a favour since he has made numerous mistakes in the past. Suvarna proceeds to pull his nose and invites him to perform the Toran rituals with her. Without hesitation, Abhi accepts and completes the ceremony.
According to Dadi, the marriage was protected from any negative influence. The toran suddenly falls down, causing Kairav and Manish to go get Akshu. As they bring her back, Abhi and the rest of the family smile at her arrival. Abhi takes her hand and leads her to the mandap, while Manjiri wards off any potential bad luck. Suvarna and Manjiri hand over the garlands to them, as Abhi bows down respectfully. Akshu starts feeling dizzy again, causing Dadi to question why she hasn’t put the garland on Abhi yet. Akshu quickly complies and puts the garland on him. The music begins playing as he reciprocates by putting the garland on her. Everyone applauds as they take their seats in the mandap. Abhi glances at Akshu and offers her some water.
Pandit says the bride’s parents arrive ahead for Kanyadaan. Manish and Suvarna perform the rituals. Yeh Rishta kya….plays… Pandit asks the bride’s sister to do the gathbandhan. Aarohi prays for Akshu and Abhi and ties the gathbandhan. Akshu faints. Abhi holds her. Everyone is worried.
When Aarohi sees Akshu, he thinks about how he will lie to both families. Dadi lies that the reports didn’t arrive. Abhi asks Rohan to get the reports. Rohan calls the hospital and says they’ll send the reports to you. Akshu wakes up and asks why the reports didn’t arrive. Dadi says don’t worry, Aarohi will tell us. Manjiri says Akshu has fainted twice today, so Abhi gets the reports. Dadi worries. He checks.
