The episode opens with Dadi instructing Vidya to go to the hospital where Abhira is currently admitted. She also requests Manoj to ensure that only the best doctors attend to her. When Vidya asks if Dadi will join them, she declines and tells everyone else to go. Meanwhile, Armaan speaks to the doctor, who informs him that it is concerning for Abhira to not regain consciousness after a head injury. He adds that their options will be limited if she doesn’t wake up within 12 hours. Distraught, Armaan insists on seeing Abhira and goes into her room, where he pleads with her to wake up and communicate in any way possible. As Vidya, Manisha, and Manoj arrive at the hospital.
Armaan explains that he had planned to bring Abhira home in the morning. Vidya then asks him if he will not confide in his mother about his sorrow. Embracing her, he sheds tears as she reassures him that Abhira will be alright. Taking hold of Abhira, the child calls out to her mother. Armaan informs them that she has regained consciousness, but the doctor reminds them that she only murmurs. Vidya insists that her daughter will fully recover by tomorrow, as she firmly believes that lousy fate must surrender to faith. She ties a sacred thread around Abhira’s wrist, affirming their unwavering hope and the blessings of God will protect her from harm. Suddenly awake, Manish senses something wrong and expresses his unease to Suwarna.
Suwarna comforts him as the nurse informs him that visiting hours are over. Armaan refuses, stating he is not merely a visitor and will sleep on the sofa near Abhira. The nurse calls for assistance, and the ward boys ask Armaan to leave. Despite his protests, Ruhi persuades him to exit with her. As they walk away, he thanks her for staying, but she insists on staying longer. He grabs her hand, and she falls asleep on his shoulder. The following day, Ruhi wakes up to see Armaan by her side. As Abhira awakens and calls out for Armaan, “Dil dhadakne lage” plays in the background.
Abhira opens her eyes and turns to see Armaan. The doctor says your husband loves you so much, Abhira, that he got the hospital on his head. He goes. He and Abhira argue. He says I was so tense if anything happened to you. She thinks it would be good. He says you will take a rest and leave the case. She says no way. He stops her. The two argue once again. He shouts, “I’m your husband.” He presses the remote, and the bed lifts.
Ruhi enters the room as Armaan reassures her, “I am your rightful husband according to all customs and laws, and I will fulfill my duties as a true husband.” The nurse arrives and notices them. She quickly goes to inform the doctor. Ruhi watches as Armaan helps Abhira to sit up. The doctor then arrives and greets Abhira, “Hello Abhira, how are you feeling? You’ll need to rest in bed for a week.” Confused, Abhira asks for clarification. Armaan intervenes, “The doctor advises that you leave this house.” However, Abhira refuses. The doctor mediates, “Please don’t argue. I’ll bring the discharge papers.” Ruhi turns to Armaan and questions him about his previous statement of being Abhira’s real husband. Reluctantly, Abhira confirms with a sigh, “Yes… but only out of anger.”
