The Episode starts with Armaan bringing Ruhi home. Madhav says let’s do Bahu’s aarti. Dadi says Abhira always gets into trouble and puts us in trouble. Should we do her aarti and ask her to end our peace? Then Abhira says, “You are right, I am not much hurt, one who walks on a tough path gets hurt, one who follows the wrong path stays scratch free.” She walks into the house. She sees the stairs and falls.
Abhira says put me down. What will the family argue about? He says you should have asked before taking the case. Everyone looks on. Armaan holds her in his arms. Everyone stands by. He takes her upstairs. Sanjay argues, do you think Armaan should fight this case, Abhira is clever, she wants his sympathy to lose the case. Madhav and Sanjay argue. Armaan cuts the veggies while talking on the phone.
Ruhi offers to make noodles and tells Sanjay to focus on his work. However, he reminds her that Abhira will only eat the noodles if he prepares them and requests that she not add them to his list of concerns. Ruhi then apologizes and offers to help Sanjay and Abhira if needed. Meanwhile, Sanjay mentions that Armaan is preoccupied with being the ideal husband and threatens to send Maasa to jail. Upon seeing Abhira stumble, Dadi steps in, and Armaan comes over to help her put on her slippers. He also notices Dadi and Sanjay’s presence.
He asks Abhira to go inside. She goes. Sanjay says husbands have no respect. Armaan explains to him about equality. Dadi looks on. Armaan says I got courage from Abhira. Dadi says mind it, Sanjay is elder. He says yes, but he should think big, why can’t men bow to their wives, their ego comes into play, sorry. Dadi says you shouldn’t get careless. Armaan asks her not to worry. She says don’t forget Ruhi, you have to meet Manav today. He thinks of Ruhi and goes to his room.
Abhira attempts to zip up the dress but notices his presence and questions why he behaves so impolitely. He sees her back in the mirror, and she requests a chance to explain herself. He quickly drapes a dupatta over her back while confessing that he can see everything in the reflection. However, Abhira reassures him it’s fine as no one is willing to come and assist her. Realizing this, he calls for help and spots Ruhi nearby, requesting her assistance dressing Abhira. While Ruhi goes over, she realizes that Armaan is uncomfortable with Abhira’s presence, though he had asked for help out of courtesy. As Ruhi helps Abhira, he excuses himself to meet Manav.
Manav assures everyone they can still enjoy the kachoris even if Armaan doesn’t join them. Suwarna chimes in, adding that if Armaan isn’t able to make it. Manish suggests introducing Ruhi to Manav and offers his support. Manav acknowledges his support and thanks him for being on his side. Manish then invites everyone to have some sweets. Meanwhile, Armaan stands by, recalling Dadi and Ruhi’s words. Seeing this, Manish calls out to Armaan and asks him to join them, but Armaan’s vision suddenly becomes blurry. Luckily, Manav is quick to react and catches him before he falls. Everyone grows concerned for Armaan’s well-being as Vidya brings noodles for Abhira. However, Abhira apologizes and explains that she had forgotten about Armaan going to meet Manav and urges Ruhi to move on from their past encounter.
Vidya shares a meal with Abhira, followed by a conversation. Abhira expresses her concern that Ruhi, being young, cannot live independently. Dadi observes from a distance and leaves, possibly recalling Sanjay’s words. Abhira reminds Vidya that keeping Ruhi with them won’t bring back Rohit. Distraught, Vidya excuses herself and urges Abhira to finish eating before leaving. Through tears, Abhira points out that Vidya is not her mother and asks her to focus on work instead. She then discovers a paper given by Armaan stating Dadi’s innocence and apparent withholding of critical information from her.
