In today’s episode, Akshara asks Abhimanyu what would have happened if she had been the one to die instead. She goes on to ask if he would have divorced Neil and severed ties with him. Akshara expresses her disagreement with Abhimanyu saying that he would not have done that because he treated Neil as an equal but never considered her as an equal. She urges him to understand what love truly is before vowing to marry Arohi and bids farewell. Abhimanyu remains mute as Abhinav awaits Akshara’s return. When she does arrive back, she throws herself into his arms and he graciously accepts the embrace.
Abhimanyu is heartbroken. Abhir is surprised to see Akshara and Abhinav embracing, something he had never seen them do before; Akshara then asks if they should return to Kasauli, and the two get into the car. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu recollects his time with Akshara, recalling her accusation about him granting divorce impulsively. Stranded on the road barefoot, these memories further compound his grief.
Abhinav contemplated Abhimanyu’s claim that he interfered in his relationship with Akshara. Abhimanui’s memories come flooding back as he recalls Akshara’s words. He bumps into a Sadhu who remarked that although he was leaving behind worldly attachments, it would not be right for him to snatch his share of the road. Abhimanyu admitted having committed many wrongs and declared himself unworthy of pardon. He asked the Sadhu to forgive him, offering money as a token gesture, to which the latter replied that in exchange wait for a blessing at least. All that remained for him to do now was let go of Akshara once and for all.
Shefali wonders if hiding Abhimanyu’s truth is wrong. Arohi and others learn that Abhimanyu is not at the hospital. Birlas look for Abhimanyu.
Abhimanui is walking blindly on the road and Arohi saves him from falling. Anand, Parth help Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu faints.
Akshara and Abhinav reach the airport. Abhinav asks Akshara if she is ready. Akshara says she is.
A worried Manjiri wonders why Abhimanyu went out. Anand tells Manjiri not to panic. Parth says Abhimanyu is lucky that Arohi reached him on time. He tells Manjiri that Arohi saved Abhimanyu from falling off the cliff. Manjiri wonders why Abhimanyu went out. Arohi says Abhimanyu will answer.
After they return home, Akshara, Abhinav and Abhir look around the house full of dust and cobwebs. Akshara takes Abhir’s help and starts settling the house. Abhinav is restless and goes out. He keeps remembering Abhimanyu asking him to return Akshara. Neelima asks Abhinav what is bothering him. She asks Abhinav why he is so upset. Abhinav tells Neelima about Abhimanyu, and Akshara’s closeness during the accident. Neelima clarifies if Akshara wanted she would have stayed back but she has come back with to Kasauli. Abhinav wonders if Akshara is repaying favours because he does not need favours. He says he is just a driver. Is he really good enough for Akshara?

Abhinav asks Akshara what is the purpose of working hard to make the house at is as they are not the same anymore. Akshara replies saying it’s because it is her house and he is her husband. Abhinav replies that he is a husband just for namesake. He says he has seen Abhimanyu’s love for her and her love for him too and he knows he has come in between the two of them. He says he is not worthy of such a big responsibility.
Abhimanyu confesses to Aarohi that he met Akshara and confessed to her that he still loves her and has asked her to come back to him.
