The episode opens with Swara dialing Jeevika’s number, eager to catch up on office news. She expresses concern for Jeevika working in the cold office environment and is surprised to learn that her colleague is now also in charge of making coffee. Curious whether Jeevika’s husband knows about this added task, Swara questions her about the mysterious “Madam” who requested the coffee due to a headache. Jeevika confesses she doesn’t know who Madam is, but agrees to reach out to Swara or her husband if any issues arise. Jeevika also reveals that she prayed before starting work, but her conversation is abruptly cut short by a coworker scolding her for using the phone. This employee then rudely demands a cappuccino from Jeevika and insults her appearance. Upon hearing this exchange, Rajnandini assumes Jeevika will be given menial tasks as punishment and thinks she doesn’t deserve better treatment.
As a male employee stepped out of his cabin, he reached for a bottle of water and took a sip. Suddenly, the bottle slipped from his hand and hit the ground with a loud thud. He immediately turned to Kamla, the sweeper, and scolded her for his own mistake. Kamla quickly offered to clean up the mess. However, Jeevika intervened and questioned why he had to be rude to a lady when she had already offered to take care of it. The man arrogantly asked Jeevika who she was, implying that she had no authority in the company. He then proceeded to express his disdain for such workers in his office. Jeevika defended Kamla’s honor by pointing out that he lacked basic courtesy when speaking to women and should also consider her age before being disrespectful.
Satvik agrees with her and the others leave. She then emotionally manipulates him, asking if he only agreed because she is his sister-in-law. Satvik clarifies that he also agreed because she is a board member and always keeps the company’s best interests in mind. He then shows concern for Jeevika and mentions he wants to go see her. Rajnandini interrupts, saying it’s important for Jeevika to learn on her own and it wouldn’t be beneficial to meet her. Satvik acknowledges Rajnandini’s point. Rajnandini adds that Jeevika is treated differently. This stops Satvik from going to see Jeevika for now. Jeevika wonders if the boss would have been treated the same way if he made the same mistake. The person she asked this question to asks who she is. When Jeevika tries to speak in English, he laughs at her and compares her to Kamla. Frustrated, Jeevika switches back to speaking Marathi which the person cannot understand either.
Jeevika remarks that it’s simply a language. The man then informs her of her termination, explaining that the boss has authority to dismiss an employee at any given time. He instructs her to gather her belongings and leave. Satvik and Shlok arrive, with Satvik questioning who is being kicked out. The man inquires why Satvik has shown up, adding that he himself could have come, as he was tidying up the area. He mentions hearing that Madam ji would be starting today, admiring her achievements and expressing pride for her. The man notes that he personally cleaned the desk and chair, asking when Madam ji will be arriving. Satvik responds by pointing out that she is already present and standing behind him. Puzzled, the man asks where she is exactly. Satvik clarifies that his wife is Madam ji herself.
The man apologized and the lady who had mistreated Jeevika was equally surprised. Satvik then introduced her as his wife, Jeevika Satvik Bhosle, and expressed his concern about her being taken advantage of. Rajnandini stormed off in anger. Satvik reassured Mr. Sharma that he knew the truth about his limited English skills, despite pretending otherwise. The man admitted to studying in a Hindi medium school and making fun of others to boost his confidence. He also mentioned cleaning the table and chairs by himself. Shlok sarcastically asked if he cleaned the floor with his hands or tongue. Annoyed, Satvik fired him on the spot and ordered him to leave immediately. Mr. Sharma apologized to Jeevika, explaining that he has a family to support. Feeling sympathetic towards his situation, she asked Satvik to forgive him for the sake of his children and family. Satvik agreed and took Jeevika away from the situation.
She says to Juhi to keep the pen from where she has picked it back. Aadhya says she will give you the pen. Juhi says she doesn’t think to ask for her permission, and says Jeevika will be leaving soon. Aadhya says you are also a guest here. Vahini is a bahu, and she has the same right to the house as Rajnandini. Your visa has expired for a long time. Juhi throws the pen on the bed and leaves.
Satvik compliments Jeevika’s saree, to which she responds by mentioning that she had to change because her previous one got stained. Rajnandini arrives and asks about her well-being, adding that she will take action against Sharma. Satvik remarks that he wouldn’t have waited for Sharma’s resignation if he wanted him fired. He questions why Jeevika is wearing uncomfortable clothing and wonders who may be behind it. Rajnandini takes responsibility for trusting her assistant Nisha. Satvik acknowledges their mistake as a company and calls someone to arrange a new saree for Jeevika. Rajnandini vows to punish Satvik for embarrassing her in front of Jeevika.
