Anupama looks at him as he knocks on the door waiting for his friend to open it. He takes out the spare keys under the pot and enters the house. He sees something and gets shocked. As Anupama peeps in, she sees Paakhi’s handbag. She shouts Paakhi and asks Romil where is my Paakhi? Romil gets shocked when he sees her. Paakhi’s phone cannot be found in Anupama’s purse.
Romano pats his cheeks in regret. Vanraj is leaving. Baa asks where he is going? Vanraj says he is going to search Paakhi and can’t wait any longer. Baa says we can just wait? He says the police can’t handle the search. Babu ji says you haven’t eaten for two days now. He says you are not going to let this father die before finding her. Samar asks Vanraj to stay at home and says we will look for Paakhi. Toshu says her brother is still alive, and we will search for her.
Aupama looks around the house and says, “It looks fine, but where is Paakhi?” She asks Romil where is my daughter? Samar and Toshu sit in the car with her. A few people can help us search for Paakhi, but they aren’t good people, but if she is kidnapped, they will get the information and be able to help. They leave. Samar asks if it is right to take their help. Toshu says we need to search Paakhi. We will search Paakhi, and we will knock on everyone’s door. They leave.
Romil is told by Anupama that you saw us crying, but did not speak. She says we filed a police complaint, the police arrested Adhik, and you remained silent. Where is Paakhi and why have you brought her here? She says you won’t say, but I’ll open your mouth and find out the truth today. Romil cries worriedly. She holds his collar and takes him from there.
Baa prays to God and says Anupama’s fear that something bad might happen is true. Babu ji asks her to refrain from saying this. Baa tells her the world is bad and everyone has this fear. Dimpy says Paakhi is very strong and will shout loudly if someone touches her. Kavya says she has Vanraj’s anger and Anupama’s strength, so she will fight back.
A girl who looks like Paakhi accidentally falls onto Samar and Toshu’s car. Excited, they assume she is Paakhi and rush to greet her. To their surprise, she turns out to be someone else. A guy appears behind her, holding a mobile phone, and compliments her on the shot she just captured. The girl then explains that they were filming for social media. Toshu immediately scolds her for filming on the road, citing the risks and dangers involved; many people have lost their lives while attempting this. Samar points out that if he hadn’t braked in time, her family would have been searching for her. Feeling guilty, the girl apologizes and leaves. Samar wonders if they should inform Mummy about this incident but Toshu reminds him that she is already under a lot of stress.
Romil bows down to touch Anupama’s feet, pleading with her to give him a chance to speak. Anupama, still hurt by his actions, reminds him that she had already given him an opportunity to explain himself, but he remained silent. Romil immediately apologizes and explains that he did not intend for things to turn out this way. However, Anupama is firm in her stance and tells him that his apologies mean nothing to her; what she wants is her daughter back. She points out the agony she and her family have been enduring for the past two days while Romil stayed quiet and didn’t offer any explanation. Despite this, Romil tries again to plead with her. But Anupama asserts that they had treated him like their own child and had welcomed him into their home, yet he has caused them immeasurable pain by taking away their happiness.
She remembers a time when she stood up for you, even if it meant going against Adhik and Barkha, and was willing to forgive your mistakes. However, in return, you showed no compassion towards us and remained silent while the police arrested Adhik. She asks why you chose to stay quiet during that ordeal. Romil confesses that he did it as revenge against Adhik and Paakhi. Anupama inquires about the reason behind seeking revenge. She also questions Paakhi’s whereabouts. Romil explains that ever since he arrived at the hotel, Adhik and Paakhi have been causing trouble for him. When Adhik accused him of theft, Paakhi also joined in with the accusations. Despite trying to explain to her that Adhik was manipulating her, she rebuked him instead. He reveals that his actions were a prank to teach them a lesson. Anupama is taken aback by this revelation.
There is a possibility of human trafficking, the goon tells Toshu. He says I don’t want to scare you, but seeing you have no enmity with anyone. He says I’ll see what to do, and goes. Samar breaks down and tears, saying nothing will happen to her. Toshu says the goon has told him about the possibility, but he is unsure, and he asks him to handle himself.
Anupama inquires Romil about Paakhi’s whereabouts. Romil shares that he overheard Paakhi warning her and later learned that Adhik had plans to meet his friend at the restaurant while Paakhi was headed to the Shah house. He reveals that an idea struck him, and he had Paakhi call through his friend instead. Romil explains that his friend, pretending to be Adhik’s friend Sunil, requested Paakhi’s help in planning a surprise for Adhik and asked if she could join them. Eventually, Romil adds, my friend convinced Paakhi to come but warned her not to mention anything to Adhik as it was meant to be a surprise.
As Paakhi exits the house, Romil confidently predicted that she would go anywhere for Adhik’s love. His suspicions were correct when he spots her leaving Anuj’s place. In a flashback, he reveals his scheme to play a prank on her by having a friend lock her up overnight. He assures Anupama that it isn’t kidnapping, just a harmless payback for their actions. However, he has no idea where Paakhi went and this angers Anupama.
