Vanraj tells Suresh that his son’s life is not cheap, that he can be purchased with cheap plastic cards. Suresh says middle-class people like you get sold for 2 rupees. He kicks it. Anupama says they’ll be someone else. Vanraj tells him that they don’t raise hands on guests and that’s why he’s allowed to go, otherwise your guards won’t be able to save you and your son. Anupama says you are here, and we’re here.
Suresh explains that he has arrived to help them understand, and will be taking a different approach this time. Just as he utilized all resources to purchase land in the past, he intends to do the same to regain their dignity. Despite one son leaving, the remaining family members remain united in support of Anupama and Vanraj. Anupama urges them to use any means necessary, but she cannot stand against her own parents. She assures Sonu that they will ensure justice is served. Feeling humiliated, Suresh departs with his guards in his car.
As Paakhi opens a parcel, she sees a photo with Toshu and Samar and cries. Adhik asks what happened? Paakhi says that she asked Samar to frame their photo, and he knew she liked surprises, so framed it. Romil calms Paakhi and says I can’t replace Samar, but I’m your brother as well. He says he’ll ensure she doesn’t miss Samar.
Paakhi expresses her gratitude to Adhik and Romil before sharing her hope for justice. Anuj reassures her that the responsible party will face consequences. She adamantly declares her unwillingness to interact with or even look at him. Adhik questions why she is holding him accountable, to which Paakhi reminds him of the tragic loss of her son. Adhik justifies it as an accident, but Paakhi blames him for it and walks away. Romil follows after her while Adhik apologizes on behalf of Paakhi. Anuj insists that as the head of the family, he bears responsibility and asks if everything is well in the Shah household. Adhik reveals that Sonu and her father had visited the Shahs and threatened them in regards to a purchase they made. Anuj asserts that while Anupama might be scared, they will fight against them fiercely.
The inspector informs Vanraj and Anupama that Sonu must be released due to lack of evidence. Confused, Vanraj questions what the inspector means. He reminds the inspector that they were all present and can testify against Sonu. Anupama adds that today, the perpetrators even came to their home to intimidate them. The inspector explains that Sonu’s father has hired a skilled defense lawyer and insists on concrete proof. Vanraj suggests obtaining CCTV footage but is told it is impossible as the incident occurred in an area with no cameras and the other cameras were not functioning. Anupama speculates that there may be other witnesses as well.
The Inspector informs that they diligently carry out their duties and have a personal connection with Anuj. He explains that no one is willing to provide a statement and shares suspicions that Sonu may have disposed or concealed the gun. If the weapon is found, progress can be made in the case. Both Vanraj and Anupama express their regrets for any inconvenience caused. Reassuringly, the Inspector assures them of his commitment to fully investigate the matter. In a determined tone, Anupama and Vanraj assert their determination to fight against injustice within the system. Meanwhile, Kavya sits in an auto, relieved that her reports are clear, but worried about V’s reaction to her going alone. She justifies her actions by reminding herself that Toshu was busy with Pari at the time.
Vanraj explains to Anupama that the challenge will be tough. The auto drivers alter the route. In an attempt to contact Vanraj, Kavya’s phone is knocked out of her hand by the reckless driving of the auto driver. She requests him to drive more cautiously and insists on getting out of the vehicle. She offers money or jewellery but pleads for him to let her go. The auto driver demands that she persuade her husband to drop the charges against Sonu, claiming that he cannot bear to lose another son. He shoves her forcefully. Kavya tumbles from the auto and cries out for her baby.
Anuj patiently waits for Anupama to arrive. As she approaches, he immediately questions her about the case. Anupama confidently assures him that she will ensure the culprit is sent to jail and makes it clear that she will fight for justice for Samar no matter what. Anuj expresses his support for her, to which Anupama responds that this is a mother’s battle and she will not give up until justice is served, wiping away her tears as she speaks. She promises to stay strong and not let emotions overtake her. Moved by her determination, Anuj brings some food for her.

In response to Toshu’s announcement, Paakhi announced that Adhik and I have decided that he will not give a statement. Vanraj claps and says that the blood turns to water when someone dies.
