As Anupama answers the phone with a cheerful “hello,” Anuj remains quiet on the other end. In the background, the sound of “Tum dil ki dhadkan me” fills the air. Anupama acknowledges his silence and graciously thanks him for his birthday wishes, addressing him as Mr. Kapadia sir. Just then, Vikram enters and takes over the call, apologizing that their store is closed. As the call ends, Anuj marvels at Anupama’s strength in continuing to fight despite facing daily challenges. He reflects on how she has come to terms with staying away from her family while he struggles to accept it himself. The ringing of Shruti’s voice interrupts his thoughts as she calls out to Anuj.
In a song played by Beeji and Yashdeep, Anupama holds the Chai masala as she dances on another song. Anuj says you’re in the office, and you need to take a break. Shruti says I’m here to pick you up. He asks where we’re going. Shruti tells him on the way. They leave. Anupama thanked them. Anuj says he has work in the office. They need to leave. Shruti says they have to go.
Baa, Kinjal, and Pari arrive. Baa thinks Anupama has mingled so much with them that she seems to be related to them by blood. Vikram brings the cake. After seeing the doll cake, Anupama refuses to cut it. Beeji says she looks beautiful when she smiles. Vikram says it was gunda giri. Anupama cuts the cake and serves it to them. Baa says she is her daughter. Anupama says both. Baa gives her money.
Anupama thanks baa. Beeji takes off the bangles and tells her that she got it for her daughter-in-law, but after her sons did not fulfill her wish, she gives it to her daughter. Baa and Beeji dance together. They all start dancing. Anupama refuses to take it and says your love is more important than these bangles, and I cannot take on the burden. A newcomer, Shruti, just walked in and collided with Anupama. Anupama says Jai Shri Krishna and Anuj greets Shruti.
Shruti embraces Anuj and conveys her birthday wishes. Anupama also joins in with her greetings. Grateful, she turns to Anupama and checks on her well-being, mentioning the challenging process of healing after losing one’s parents. Curiosity strikes Anupama as to why they came to visit. Anuj explains that they were unaware of the birthday celebration and plans to leave. However, Shruti interrupts, expressing how much she values their friendship and wanting to share something special with her. With that, she presents a wedding invitation for Anuj and herself, announcing their upcoming marriage.
As Anupama stares at Anuj, she gets teary eyes. Shruti says, “I am sorry. I think you didn’t like it, and I didn’t want to hurt you.” She says that when we came here, I thought we could do all three simultaneously. In addition to wishing you a happy birthday, she wants you to cater our wedding. Anuj says that the party is here and invites her.
Shruti says Joshi Ben had promised to cater for AK and my marriage earlier, and she says she feeds food to strangers with such love and promises to feed food to her dear ones with more love as well. Anuj tells Shruti that they shall move forward. After the death of her parents, Shruti says she does not have a family and asks Anupama to bring everyone here to her wedding. My lifeline is AK and Aadhya after losing my parents, and I cannot lose them.
Anuj tells Shruti they shall leave. Shruti asks Anupama if she won’t congratulate her. Baa asks if she will stand here till reception. She says the girl is good and asks Anuj to leave the past.
Anupama sends her best wishes for your marriage and hopes that Kanha ji will always keep you together. She suggests celebrating with some sweets as it is good news. Anupama asks Vikram to bring a cake, which he does. She then feeds the cake to Shruti and Anuj, who thank her. Anuj also thanks Vikram for the cake. As Shruti apologizes for interrupting the party, Anuj wishes Anupama a happy birthday and encourages her to enjoy the celebration. Wiping away his tears, he watches Shruti leave and exchange a meaningful look with Anupama. Both of them have tears in their eyes as they part ways.
Later, Anupama looks at the card and cries. Yashdeep comes and tells her that Beeji sent him to check on her. He asks her to give him any pain or sorrow she is experiencing.

Yashpal’s restaurant needs to be closed, Beeji says. We didn’t know he had taken so much of a loan. Anupama visits the restaurant and suggests a special Holi event. Kinjal tells Vanraj that if Toshu does not come until Holi, I will return with Pari to India. Anupama asks Vanraj to call Toshu. Vanraj asks Vanraj to ask Anuj to ask his client to withdraw from the case if I call Toshu back.
