Anuj waits excitedly for Anupama’s arrival, but Paakhi and Adhik enter the room first. Curious, Anuj asks if Anu is not coming. Paakhi affirms that their mother will be arriving shortly and they wanted to welcome her first. Meanwhile, at the Shah household, Leela instructs Dimpy to tidy up Kavya’s room since Kinjal is busy putting Pari to bed. Muttering under her breath, Dimpy wonders if she is expected to be a maid for everyone and begins cleaning Kavya’s room. Vanraj turns to Samar and asks if he can go to the Kapadia house because he anticipates Maaya causing a scene. Leela agrees with him and Kinjal expresses concern about Maaya attacking Anupama again. Samar suggests that one of them should accompany Vanraj, but Dimpy interjects confidently that Anuj will handle the situation with Maaya. Vanraj hesitantly admits that he trusts Anuj but not Maaya, and he doesn’t want her to cause any trouble for Anupama.

As Ankush shows Anuj an important file, he teasingly mentions that Anuj’s anticipation will soon come to an end. Anuj responds by saying that his heart is racing and jokingly asks Ankush to handle the file with care. Without hesitation, Ankush places the file in a cupboard before leaving. Upon his departure, Maaya checks the file and her expression turns to one of shock. She angrily questions why Anupama is being given so much attention. Gratefully, Paakhi thanks Adhik for acting normally during Shah’s farewell party. Adhik humbly admits that his brothers could tell he wasn’t behaving naturally. In return, Paakhi kindly requests for him to continue behaving normally during Kapadia’s farewell party and urges him to let her review the company’s accounts.

Adhik becomes angry and shouts when he thinks someone is accusing him of fraud, sometimes even twisting their hands. Paakhi pleads for him to let go, as it hurts her. However, Adhik insists that she stay away from his work and storms off. Barkha witnesses this and reprimands Adhik for physically hurting Paakhi. She warns him that if Paakhi were to share this on social media, they could end up in jail and lose their place at Anuj’s company. Adhik defends himself by saying that Paakhi has been invading both his personal and professional space. In response, Barkha instructs him to apologize to Paakhi immediately. But Adhik refuses and leaves without further discussion. As she watches the chaos unfold, Barkha can’t help but think that everyone has lost their sanity.

The Shahs are concerned for Anupama’s well-being as she has not yet arrived at Kapadia house. Kinjal reassures them that Anupama will first visit the temple before coming to their house. As Anuj enters Kapadia house, he is filled with joy upon seeing her. In the background, the song “Bini Tere Sanam Mar Mitenge Hum” plays, adding to their happiness. They share a warm and happy moment together. Little Anu excitedly runs to Anupama, calling her “mummy.” Overcome with emotion, Anupama showers her with affection. As a sweet gesture, little Anu gives her a hand-written note. Paakhi is worried about Adhik’s behavior and decides not to tell Anupama. She embraces her and sheds tears while Ankush quietly asks Barkha what happened. Barkha admits she doesn’t know either. Paakhi explains that she was moved by Anupama’s letter and when asked by Anupama herself, Paakhi lies that Adhik is busy with work at the office.

He warns her to stop talking. Maaya shows him some papers and asks what they are. She shouts he is mad behind Anupama and reminds her that he left her and came back to her just recently. He says leaving Anupama was his biggest mistake, and Maaya was his biggest mistake and curse. Maaya again shouts at Anupama and calls her a fraud. Kanta and Bhavesh warn her to stay away from Anupama. Maa’s drama continues.
